Stayed Aug 6, 2025The place was just as described. We were able to get ahold of a person quickly by phone when we had questions about the check in. The pools where perfect for us as our goal was just to relax around the condo.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We really enjoyed the amenities available at the complex—especially the pool and clubhouse, which were great for relaxing. The unit itself was decent and had what we needed for our stay. That said, it could benefit from a deep clean, as we noticed some areas that weren’t as clean as expected. Also, the instructions for accessing the pool and clubhouse could use an update to make things smoother for future guests. With a bit more attention to detail, this property has good potential.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We vacation at the Knolls every year and this is by far the dirtiest Unit we have stayed in. Items under furniture from previous guests,wash cloth left on shower curtain from previous guest, greasy pans, no attention to detail cleaning such as cobwebs in corner of rooms and dusty dirty furniture with crayons on the floor. I called for early check in and have email which said 2:00 would be fine but when we got there he would not send us the code so we sat in our boat until 3:45 when he finally messaged me back with house code and then my husband tried to get into clubhouse to use pool but we didn’t have that code either because the book in the room has a code from 2024 so we had to call him back and get that code someone needs to update information the lady at the clubhouse who cleans there could not believe it and tried to contact someone for us. It would have also been nice to know there was going to be work done so you would not be able to sit on your balcony because paint chips and flying debris would be falling on you. We had to clean our own area off because the painters blower broke. The outside balcony was dirty whoever cleans this Unit needs to be held accountable.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Property was lovely. Great view of the water. Plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Only thing that could be improved is a bigger water heater. There were 8 of us and after 2 showers water was cold and we’d have to wait a while to get more warm water.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The condo had a super layout, but it was a little cumbersome to get pool access. Once in the pool, teenage boys were yelling profanities. When I told the parent, the boys stayed and parent left.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Our trip was great. There were about 10 of us and the property was clean and easy to get to and check in to. Loved how close to the water we were. Great stay.
