Lake-View Silver Point Condo by Hurricane Marina!

Excellent property! Convenient location for July 4th/Jamboree weekend. Well equipped with everything we needed for four adults & plenty of space. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony.

We had the unit set to 73 upstairs and downstairs but the cooling stayed on 75 downstairs. The master was too hot for me to sleep comfortably, so I slept upstairs. The layout and interior style was amazing! We loved the kitchen and master bath.

Great location for our family visits in the area.

We enjoyed getting away for the weekend and taking it easy at this rental. It was very clean and beautiful view to relax drinking coffee/wine. Just what a few busy moms needed!

Fall weekend was perfect, weather and view from deck. There was a review about maps not taking you to condo but I went directly to it. Check in was easy, easy. Then I went into a fabulous condo. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable sofa with great views. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and the view of the changing leaves and Center Hill lake. I slept like a baby on the extremely comfortable bed. There is only a Keurig, no multi-cup coffee maker but I just brought some Keurig cups. The contact person was very helpful. I can’t think of anything negative about this listing. I will be returning.

We wanted to stay close to the marina to fish and go for a bite to eat. The house is beautiful! We spoke with the home owner when we had questions and she was very helpful! Love the master bath ;) The home had everything we needed. The parking is tricky if you have a large vehicle or there are other renters staying in the same building. We stayed in Sept. so we were the only ones which was completely quiet and peaceful. But if staying during the busy times definitely drive a small car/truck. We can't wait to go back again!!

We were looking for a get away weekend and the proximity of this condo to Hurricane marina was perfect for us. We were minutes away from our boat rental and the space was great. 2 small complaints. Nothing to run dishwasher with and no multi cup coffee pot.

The property was beautifully decorated. Outside could use some TLC with new cushions and a new table. But it was all usable. The two parking places assigned to the unit were enough for us. We were lucky, the other units were empty until the day before we left If all of the units were full, it would be a hard parking lot to navigate. A couple of issues: (1) We killed several large black ants inside. An exterminator will take care of this issue for future rentals. (2) There was no soap or towel in the powder room. (3) The master shower had no soap inside the shower. We had to look under the sink for some to use.. (4) The instructions said to deposit trash in the can outside by the garage - there was no can and no garage.
