Stayed Apr 7, 2026Great BUT needed more bath towels. There was nothing to wash or dry dishes with or even a towel to dry your hands on. All issues were addressed quickly but hopefully not an issue for the next guest.

Stayed Apr 27, 2026This place was what we expected plus more. Staff was friendly. Communication great when we had questions. The room was nice and clean with everything we could need. The pool was nice with both a normal and heated pool. The price was great also. The indoor parking garage was nice because it keeps your vehicle out of the got sun. I would recommend this to anyone.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025This is a great location if you are visiting either Universal or Disney. Plus, the outlet mall is right around the corner!The condo was in excellent shape and very quiet. Beautiful view of the lake that made waking up so peaceful. Would definitely stay there again the next time we visit the Patks!

Stayed Apr 6, 2025This beautifully decorated condo overlooking the lake was ideal ! With a wonderful pool and Tiki Bar serving food and drink from 11-11, you really didn't need to leave the property. It was located near other restaurants and shopping areas, yet it was very quiet inside the compound.Next time I am in Orlando I want to stay there!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025We love staying at the Blue Heron Beach Resort! This was our first time booking this room and we will absolutely come back this way again! Communication with the host, Frank, was incredible. The room is great and just as promised and the location can’t be beat. Nightly views of the fireworks after a quick elevator ride to the 21st floor were a favorite for our boys! 10 of 10 do recommend!
