Lake view condo in Vista Cay Resort!

For the price it is better than hotels in the area. We will likley stay here again.

The property was extremely close to everything that we wanted to go to. I didn't like the fact that we were told no smoking around the units, but I had to endure and explain to my young granddaughters each night what the POT smell was coming from the hallways and from the balconies. Each day this happened

Place was fantastic! Kids loved the pools. The resort style feel it gave was great! Place was very nice. Will definitely be coming back!

Great location. Lots of space and loved the pools. Mario room is so fun. Higher table and chairs probably not great if you need the accessibility features. Living room furniture getting worn out.

Great location, great and quick communication with owner

Loved location of apartment. Did feel some of it very tired. Broken furniture, huge crack on toilet base. Didn’t rate cleanliness of property and for money you pay I did have to clean myself. Under sofa not done and after finding toe nail clippings really didn’t want to look at anything else. Stayed at another property last year was cheaper and in much better condition

Close to everything. Great place. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and hot tub and the views from the patio were highlights!

The view was great and the condo looked really nice when we arrived. The grocery store, coffee shop and resturants were all near by. The heated pool was nice and relaxing. We had a great stay and look forward in staying again.

A couple of items about the unit- we knocked down several mud dobber bee hives on the balcony- It would have been nice to have some type of table lamp in the bedroon with the bunk beds- only light was the celing light. Loved the new pool and bar- but the first day we were there-we were bringing in drinks- and were told no- but then there were a couple of days no one was there and people were bringing in all kinds of drinks. Overall, we loved it and this is our 2nd time staying in this unit- will be back

Great location! Amenities are very good. Clean and neat. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance! Able to walk to OCCC leisurely for 25 minutes or a hustle in 15. Our second time here! We will be back. Thank you!

Great location to Universal Parks and Sea World. Close enough to Disney Parks. Walking distance to Grocery stores and good restaurants. The host was a great communicator. Loved the pool, hot tub, bar, and fire pit area. The unit was equiped with everything we needed.

New pool, bar, and fire pit literally across the parking lot. Kitchen fully stocked. Host very attentive and available. The view of the sunsets was beautiful.

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds and perfect space for our family of 6 to stay for our theme park vacay! It has a beautiful view of a lake and is incredibly close to Epic Universe! Also, very close to ALL the other area theme parks as well. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance too. We would stay here again.

Awesome location with a beautiful view. Very clean and sanitized. Vista Cay is a beautiful quiet community.

Everything was great

Excellent location and stunning view from patio. Very quiet. Right across from swimming pool. Incredible location. With that said, furnishings may need to be replaced since they are beginning to show wear and tear. Most of the drawers in the dresser located in the bunk bedroom were not functional. Base of toilet bowl in master bathroom had a hairline crack, and icky caulk around it. It would have been helpful to have some kind of a notebook with instructions regarding garbage, TV, etc.

Stayed there for event at convention center. Only 30 minute walk. Super close to groceries, restaurants and more. Place was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The condo was clean and in a great location. We loved the view of the water and we were just a short walk from the pool. We had plans to go to Universal and loved being 10 mins away from the parks. Diego was a great host and responded to any messages quickly.

Very nice property with all the amenities that family needs. The location is perfect, as it is close to major parks and the airport. The check in process was as smooth as poasible and host was very nice providing all the information needed. The place was clean with comfortable beds and kitchen with necessary utensils and cookware. The property is also right next to publix making it easy to get access to groceries. Will definately stay here next time.

Condo was very clean and in good condition. It was very close to the Convention Center and Publix.

All good. Central location. Great view of lake & near new pool. Host very responsive to any issues. Would definitely recommend.
