Lake Front Condo on East Lake Okoboji in Bridges Bay Resort.

We celebrated Christmas in Okoboji and it did not disappoint! The photos of the condo were spot on, it’s a great space for adults and children. We had a blast doing movie night in the huge living space. We could see the kites and fireworks from the condo, which was super nice since it was freezing out. We will definitely be booking this space again. We enjoyed the arcade, indoor water park, and even the fitness center at Bridges Bay. Thanks again for a memorable trip!

We celebrated our family Christmas. It was a very nice large condo. Kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Also had toys and games for our grandkids. We enjoyed using the waterpark where the service was friendly and good. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo needed some obvious repairs, like door handle to patio was broke, loose toliet seat. Cleanliness was sub-par. Sticky kitchen floors, major spider webs in Kitchen/dining room. Also very bad on entire porch and porch furniture. Dirty showers in Master Bedroom and 2nd bathroom and shower curtains were covered in mold! YUCK!! Dirty utensils covered with old food. Both fry pans must have been put away dirty. Had to scrub before using. Kitchen sponges were dirty and smelly. Contacted owner and just told me there had been no time for deep cleaning. Overall the unit was nice, but really lacking in cleanliness! I expected more for almost 500 per night!

Great place to stay! We had a wonderful vacation with 12 people (extended family with adults and late teenage kids). The condo fit us perfectly with plenty of room. With our family we tend to cook most of our own meals while hanging out together. This unit was loaded with most anything you would need for cooking. The BBQ was more like a “blackstone griddle” which worked great for us as we used it for breakfast and dinner meals. This feels more private than other similar units because of the building location. We would come back here again.We also rented the boat lift which was a great as the kids were quickly able to take out the boat anytime to go fishing or water sports right in front of the condo.

Very comfortable. My children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay making great memories together!

Every thing was fine

The space and location are awesome. Beautiful view of the lake and convenient to Waterpark and Bridges of the Bay restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work the first night. When I contacted owners to see if we could check in a bit early, they did let me know. Air Conditioner was replaced on our 2nd day so by that afternoon it had cooled off. The washer and dryer doors had lots of blue tape on them. We realized the doors needed to be taped closed to operate. That was a bit weird. It is a lake place so we don’t expect it to be perfectly clean but we did see cobwebs, Leftover food containers in refrigerator, etc. We would recommend pest control as there were a lot of spiders. We found them in living room and bedrooms. Granddaughter had a big spider bite after sleeping in bunk bed room. We did have an amazing family reunion. We were comfortable and would recommend a stay.

Nice place. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working and 2 TVs not working Notified Dan and a tech came out to check the air. Dan drove a few hours to bring Roku remotes. The owners had no control over the air breaking down. Fortunately the weather was cool so not too uncomfortable without air conditioning.

This unit was amazing! Out on the deck you are completely private from anyone other than those out on the lake. Large unit that housed and slept 13 of us comfortably. We loved all the amenities and the access to the lake. We are considering an annual return!

Yearly we plan a trip for the family. This summer, Lake Okoboji was a treat....fun times

Our friend group of 7 ladies had a great time in Okoboji. The place was beautiful, plenty of beds and well stocked. Looking out over the water was so relaxing. All agree it would be fun to come again when more places are open and could enjoy the pool and lake.

Nice condo. Very well equipped. Great view of the lake. Had some issues, but nothing earth shattering. The oven was filthy. Called the owner, an someone was there within an hour. Impressive. I do however wonder when the last time it was cleaned. I hope the people who rent this condo next year enjoying the BRAND NEW GAS GRILL.

The property was beautiful, clean and accurately described. The hosts were timely with responses and very accommodating.

We all thought the place was even nicer in person which is nice because sometimes places make it look at lot nice in pictures then it is in person. Communication with the owners was great as well.

8 of us stayed including my husband and I, grown children and spouses and 7 year old granddaughter. Great view of lake. Beautiful condo with plenty of room, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. We all loved it!

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and there is plenty to do in the area. Highly recommend.

Great property and location. Loved the access to the water park and proximity to Arnolds Park. Only suggestion is a cart to move luggage would be helpful.

Nice large place to stay for our group. We had young kids with us and it was a nice place to spread out in between activities. We were able accommodate little kids with naps while still being able to use the space for older kids/adults.
