This is a very nice apartment, well located, well equipped and pretty!
Close to town
We booked a short two day trip to lake chelan for two families. Our overall stay was good and house was as shown on site. It was near to Winterfest and other amenities and attractions in the town. We ran into one issue while we stayed at property, unit was not having hot water in any faucet. Though we were able to connect with property manager instantly and they were quiet responsive. After it was analyzed that the issues can not be resolved, they offered as to move to another unit in same community, which we accepted as we were visiting in January. So there was some inconvenience that was faced to shift after a day but the offered unit was perfect and we didn’t found any issues in that.
This was a clean space with an open feel. The location was great as you could walk into town. The beds were not the best but fine for a short stay. There were lots of rules and requirements from the management company but I guess they are needed as other guests may not have taken care of the space.
Very fun spot with a location and everything we needed’
Few minute drive to everything, every utensil and kitchen appliance imaginable in the unit. Belgian waffles? No problem. Good layout, plenty of space. Nice well maintained grounds and pool. Grill was even immaculate - had fresh foil in the bottom. I mention this to as evidence of a high level of cleaning detail. Could not hear neighbors which is great because we and everyone else had young kids and nobody’s ‘noise’ seemed problematic. Will definitely stay here next time we visit.
Ok place with a good location.
Property was fine. Door didn’t work until the handle was pushed into place.
This was a nice place. First time staying in a VRBO rental and I really enjoyed it! My friends and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the space. Had a nice view of the lake. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex. Close to town. No complaints!
Enjoyed our short stay, walked into town for food, and made use of the pool and hot tub!
I enjoyed my stay, we all enjoyed our stay. It is “steps” away from water, but not the lake. It is steps from the pool and a nice walk from the actual lake. Saturday morning I went to cook breakfast and with every pan I grabbed each was dirty. Not just dusty- dirty with oil, or grease, and food particles. Same with the bowls and silverware. I cleaned all the ones I pulled out, but needed to cook so I quit looking. The floor “looked” clean... however it was filthy, my white socks were blackened and then my feet. And that was in every room. The toilet in the master was somewhat broken. You had to lift the tank cover off to flush. Despite those things, it was great. It was set up nicely and a good location. I wouldn’t recommend the 3rd floor if you have teens as we may have been noisy, but I didn’t recall reading anywhere in the description that it was a 3rd story and figured it was my mistake since it was “301” which could mean 3rd floor. All in all it was nice, blankets and beds seemed clean even though lumpy. We would stay here again but would ask about pre-cleaning first. And then we wanted a tad-bit more time for breakfast so we called management and they gave us an extra hour which was very nice as well.
