Lake Conroe WATERFRONT Updated 3BR Condo with Pools, Paddle Boards & Views

Everything was great! Our host was super accommodating. The house was well-stocked with anything we could have wanted or needed.

We had a amazing vacation. The house is emaculant and we didn't want to leave and the host and owner is a delight. We will definitely be back. Thanks Christi and God bless

The stay was absolutely amazing, the kitchen if fully stocked with everything you may need. The house was super clean and the view was beautiful!

We love the place kitchen and living room the best overall is great.

The condo is very nice and well equipped. It has a grill - beware, though, the propane refill is nowhere near the grill - there is an outside closet that you barely notice upon arrival where it is stored. We were planning to grill dinner, but were unable and had to pivot to a different idea because we didn’t hear back from the property manager until 5:26 the next morning. The 10:00 am check out time is fairly tough as well - most check outs are at 11:00 and now I understand why. Other than those two facts, details were in place for a nice stay.

Excellent stay. Everything in this house is just as advertised. We had a weekend getaway to celebrate a family’s member’s birthday and see the Wolf Sanctuary nearby. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about this place.

We were able to check in early! The kitchen has everything for cooking and grilling! Even 2 coffee stations! The host had life jackets, paddle boards, games, everything you would ever need was right there! The setting is beautiful and the patio was so nice to do candle light dinner with my family! We can not wait to go back!

The place was beautiful and beyond our expectation. Modern and the decor was just breath taking The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! Towels, lake towels, life vests, and many floaties! Recommendations; more reliable tv viewing (working cable). Unable to enjoy the beautiful well equipped back porch because of extremely strong unpleasant dog poop smell and we are dog owners so it was bad!

This was our second family vacation here and it was amazing both times. Lay out is perfect for families, water is right out the door, furniture is super comfortable throughout the unit- not one single complaint. Best place to stay!

This home was absolutely amazing!!!!Everything and more , than what was listed….Christi, the Host, was on top of everything and if you text or called her, She got back immediately to you!!!!I would highly recommend this place and being lakefront just topped it off!!!!!

The property was beautiful and in excellent condition; So many games and fun toys available for us to enjoy during our stay. Surely one to return to time and again!

Our hosts were wonderful from booking to departure, and they thought of absolutely everything to make it a perfect stay! The condo is so beautiful, newly updated and comfortable...the perfect place. Thank you for an amazing experience where our long-distance family was able to create some fun memories. We will definitely be booking again when in the area.

We were in town for a 60th birthday party at the April Sound Community Center. This was the perfect place to stay.

Spacious, well maintained, attractive decor.Parking awkward. Appliances clean, in good working order.Such more than two rolls of toilet paper.

This property is better than the listing description or the pictures. Right on the water and easy access. Can’t wait to book a return visit.

Perfect for what we needed

Such a beautiful clean home! Stocked with everything we needed, kitchen and bathrooms! Host was so friendly and even text us places to have hair and makeup done for my sons wedding! Will for sure book again!

Lots of space for everyone to have their own downtime. Comfy everything and stylish decor. We absolutely loved it for our renfair weekend.

Beautiful setting and excellent amenities!

Our family had a fabulous weekend in this lovely 3 bedroom condo, which had all the amenities we needed. What was particularly helpful was having a dock to park the pontoon we rented for the afternoon. If you are planning on being on the water, this is the place.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. We were able to relax, hang out, and take in the beautiful view right out the backyard!

We had a great weekend here! Very clean, beautiful views, even saw a wedding happening across the water! Beds are comfy, new couch was super comfy, kitchen is perfect for gathering and cooking. Perfect for our party of 7 girls weekend! Had a couple questions and easily contacted owner, super nice and helpful.

My family had a great time at this lake condo highly recommended. Great spot everything about the house is accurate fun in the water fishing was good.
