Lake Condo- Right on the Water with a Dock! Bring a boat or rent a boat!

My staff was very nice.

The property was nice. My only issue was the cleanliness. It didnt look like it had been cleaned very thoroughly before we got there. Wrapper in the middle of the kitchen floor, dead bugs on the floor, shower and sink not cleaned well. Also the deck should have been swept off and windows cleaned and swept for cobwebs.

Was a very nice place to stay. A bit of miscommunication to start but clarification was immediate.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. The property matched the description and pictures. Received quick reply from host.

Great lake location and host. The shared deck and lack of privacy was not comfortable for us however.

Upon checking in we were surprised to find that the tv was not working. Contacted property manager and he did come by about 8:00 that night and resolved getting us on You Tube but not Netflix which was supposed to be available. Apparently the person before us signed into there own account. I was not going to sign into my account. The owner of the property was busy working in the field but he volunteered to stop in at 6;30 am on Friday morning which he did and got us Netflix or we could have checked out and he wound refund us for the last night. Record player was not working and the coffee pot was left in a mess and dishes still in dishwasher.

Had a sister getaway. The condo was just right. ?

Our extended family holds a reunion in a large property nearby, so we basically use this unit only to sleep and shower. All meals and socializing are done elsewhere. We were happy with this unit 2 years ago, so it was familiar to us and it did not disappoint. The views are terrific and the location couldn't be better. Only a few small suggestions to make the stay better and earn that final star on the rating: The Keurig coffee pot was not working properly for Kpods. The sheets are horrible and the mattress needs replacing or at least a fresh topper for it. At this price, a guest should be guaranteed a good quality sleep experience. This was further exacerbated by the lack of soundproofing from above - every footstep echoed in our unit. There was very little cutlery in the kitchen, even for 2 people that would have been a problem if we had taken our meals there. Please up the game, we would like to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Was so quiet and peaceful.

Property was as advertised. Very nice place on the water. Had fun catching fish on the dock.

Nice modern condo. Beautiful view. Pullout couch was a little hard, but that's what they usually are. The bedroom vent also didn't work so it was quite toasty even with the fan. Parking was tricky also because the street parking is used by the golf course across the street. Otherwise it was a great stay. Only a 5 minute or so drive to downtown.

Great location, quiet, easy access, clean, plenty of coffee! We ate out the two day stay so didn't really need anything in the kitchen but fully equipped. The deck is shared which might be a draw back for some but we had no problems. Loved the views from the deck and one of the few places to rent on the lake.

The place was exactly as described. Barak was awesome to work with. Very clean. will definitely stay with them again. Thanks.
