It is time to get Laid-Back by The Sea in our 2br 2ba condo which sits just

across a small street from the beach with great views of the ocean! Bedrooms

include a QUEEN in the master with private full bath and a FULL plus twin bunk

beds in second bedroom just off the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa

in the living room ensuring the condo will sleep 8 comfortably! There isalso

a shared tub/shower combo in the hall bath. Smart TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi

included so you may choose to stay connected even while on vacation.

The beautifully updated Kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with all your

cooking needs such as microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and both a standard

drip and Keurig coffee pot.

The large deck off the living room overlooks the North End of our island

making this the perfect location to enjoy your evenings after a long day in

the sun or morning coffee at the bar height table and chairs for an

unobstructed view! Ready for a change of scene Head just 2 Blocks south to

    Overall we had a good stay. However, the balcony railing was extremely loose and could be a hazard. The bathroom door was hard to open and close (my children were unable to open and close the door). The sliding glass door was also difficult to open. The pool is a walk away and there are no bathroom facilities at the pool.

    The property was okay. Beds did not sleep the best and the pillows were so flat and not comfortable at all. The house only had 3 pans which was very limited if you wanted to cook. The beach access is near the fishing pier, so it’s about a 5 minute walk from the house to the access. The shower didn’t hold hot water, so if your a family you do have to stagger your showers. Pretty view. Could have been better could have been worse.

    The description of the property states that there is enough room for 2 vehicles. This condo building has 6 units and each unit allows for 2 vehicles, so it should have parking spaces for 12 vehicles. There is space for 6 vehicles behind the building (assuming each driver parks close enough to the vehicle next to them and doesn't space out too much), and there are 2 parking spaces under the building on the back of the building. On the front on the building there are 2 parking spaces under the building and these 2 spaces are deep enough to hold 2 vehicles each, but the 2 cars in each bay would need to be staying in the same unit because they would be blocking each other in. If only 1 vehicle takes up those front bays there are not enough parking spaces, and this is exactly what happened. I ended up having to park at the pier and wait for someone to leave to grab their parking space to be able to park at the property. They should require the people using the front bays to have 2 vehicles and not just 1, otherwise there's only space for 10 cars instead of 12. I called them & told them I literally have no where to park & they did absolutely nothing about it. Another renter in the building parked on the street because of the lack of parking & ended up getting a ticket. So don't stay here expecting to actually be able to park on the property, & the lack of help from the management company was shockingly aloof.
