Lae Nani Beautiful Oceanfront Condo with newly installed AC 2BR/2BA

Great central location. All the amenities you need. Right on the beach. Great beach for walking. Very scenic.

Beautiful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lae Nani oceanfront condo. The view from the living area and balcony is beautiful! The ocean breeze blows through from the slider to the kitchen slat windows and then we could close up and cool down while sleeping with efficient AC in each of the bedrooms. There was a new couch and loveseat in the family room. The beds were comfortable with plenty of high-quality clean linens and pillows. We appreciated hangers, luggage racks and beach towels. Both showers appeared updated and there was plenty of hot water for four of us. We cooked full dinners in the kitchen and used the gas grills downstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with glassware, dishware, cookware, appliances and many other items. The induction stovetop was fantastic! We appreciated the balcony closet full of outdoor items as well. The two chaise loungers on the balcony offered a place to enjoy paradise and the sounds of the sea.The Host was very responsive and timely to messages. She really has thought of everything in her unit. Parking was easy right at the bottom of the stairs. The area is generally quiet for sleeping though we covered some road noise with white noise at night. We frequently saw the security guard and appreciated the gated entry. The on-site laundry room takes both quarters and payment through an app. Machines were more available early in the morning for guests before other unit managers started checkout laundry. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept!

Great view and lovely decor (new perhaps). It was a bit loud in the bedrooms in the morning being close to the road and the noisy birds! We really appreciated having AC in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy. We would have appreciated more beach towels as well as a supply of laundry soap. Or the laundry room should have a smart way to purchase detergent (digital option, change machine for bills, etc). Having four quarters to buy soap was not happening for us!! Kids loved the pool. Grounds were gorgeous. No safe swimming near the resort except for a quick dip in the kiddie area, so be prepared to drive if you want to snorkel, swim, boogie board, etc.

Beautiful location. View from balcony was priceless. Host was responsive. Only minor inconvenience was no washer and dryer in the unit. Does have coin/wash connect laundry on site.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location is lovely - oceanfront with a small beach in front, beautiful view, walk the beach path to Lava Lava Beach Club and beyond, close to Coconut Marketplace and downtown Kapaa, groceries nearby. This condo is older but well maintained, clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the pool too. The added AC in the bedrooms made sleeping comfy. We would stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We absolutely love the view, cleanliness and amenities. The grounds and pool are immaculate. We also love that it is convenient to the north and south shores. A plus is being able to walk to Coconut Marketplace, Lava Lava and Hukilau Lanai.

Clean and all that was advertised

We had a wonderful time at this Lae Nani condo. Loved the gardens and the connection, without crossing the road, to the small ocean beach. The large, well kept, warm pool was nice for kids an adult use. Our condo had high end appliances and furniture as well as an excellent view of the ocean. We really appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs on the large lanai. We had grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, staying in another unit at Lae Nani and we found the property nice for multigenerational fun.

Centrally located. Shopping in walking distance. Nice ocean front view.

Wonderful 2-bedroom condo with just a lawn between you and the ocean. Condo has a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful view from the deck out back. Air conditioning available in the bedrooms.

The condo was perfect. We had a small problem with the microwave and the owner replaced it the next day. She is wonderful and so helpful. We will come again.

OkSupplies ( no salt/pepper, very little hand soap, no shampoo/conditioner in 2nd bathroom , no hair dryer in second bathroom, very few paper towels). Poor

This is a lovely place, and perfect place to stay for me and my friends. Living room faces the ocean and walking distance (less than 2 min) to the beach! The place is well equipped, and I really have nothing bad to say about it.Only tiny issue was that during our stay, the parking lot was under construction. So there were lots of noises and smell from the construction, and limited parking space. Luckily, street parking was easy, and we were mostly out anyway.I would recommend this place! It was a great vacation that I didn’t know I need

Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The property is well kept, the grounds are beautiful. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the Condo. Very Happy we chose to stay here.

Beautiful property grounds and great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. We loved walking over to the coconut marketplace for snacks and shopping. Sitting on the lanai was nicely shaded with a perfect breeze most of the day. Beach is within sight to keep an eye on swimming teens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous property and perfectly relaxing stay. AC in both bedrooms was nice at end of fun days in the sun.Easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club. Our second stay at Lae Nani.

Excellent location of condo with accessible beach. Beach equipment provided by the host.Fully furnished kitchen. Beach towels also available for use. A coin operated washing machine is available to use.

A beautiful view

We loved our stay at Lae Nani. The condo was immaculate, in a perfect location, with views straight out of a postcard. This condo is better than the pictures, especially the patio and the grounds. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. Carol was responsive to any questions we had, including sending someone over to help us locate items we needed. We used lounge chairs provided by the resort to relax in the shade of palm trees, and we loved the kieki pond. There is a great beachfront restaurant right next door, and the coconut marketplace is a short walk with a store, restaurants, farmer's market, and shops. I wish we could have stayed longer !

Perfect location for all your day trips. But just staying put is also highly recommended. Impeccably landscaped and maintained. This place is a treasure to stay with our fam of 4. Very comfortable

Beautifully maintained grounds, lovely condo. Perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioned bedrooms for comfort. Beach equiptment was a plus! Mid island location was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carol's condo. We have stayed at Lae Nani several times in the past, always in different units, and this is the nicest one we've had. It must have been recently remodeled, because everything looked brand new. I'm sure we'll be back.

Comfortable and beautiful.there was loud construction happening in the unit above ours that the owner knew about, but she did not inform us about. Overall we had a great stay though. It was clean, and the rooms were nice.

We stayed April 3-10 and really enjoyed the oceanfront access, Lava Lava beach club and coconut marketplace next door, and Kapa’a is an excellent central location.

This property was the perfect home base for our adventure on Kauai. The location was perfect for day trips all over the island. The property was clean and close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping center and the beach was gorgeous. If I had to list a drawback is it that the proximity to the road, made it a little noisy at night. We packed a sound machine to down it out at night. Thank you so much! We will be back.

The condo is clean and warmly decorated. It was a very comfortable stay, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The grounds were very lush and pretty, and the location is just around the corner enough from the other hotels, that it feels very private and secluded from the other tourists. The laundry room accepts both coins and an app using your credit card. Very convenient. The condo has little amenities like a cooler and laundry basket, along with an equipped kitchen, that I really appreciate.

It was even prettier than the pictures. Location was awesome. Plenty of things to walk to. Safe area. Kid friendly.

First time to Hawaii. Island choice excellent. Kapa'a perfect atmosphere.
