It was a pleasant stay but the condo needs maintenance. Ceiling fan in master didn’t work. Shutters have missing boards. Burnt out bulbs in some light fixtures. We ran out of hot water a lot when more than one showering. Wood rot in master bath and kitchen. It has an odd musty smell throughout the condo. We had to open windows and doors daily. The view is spectacular but it is a hike to the beach. It was a bed, a shower, and kitchen. Sorry. But won’t stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that needed to be fixed, but overall a wonderful condo. It was a great unit. It had a nice balcony with a wonderful view. We would highly recommend it

The room, balcony overlooking white sand beach, pool, and well equipped with everything we needed. This experience exceeded our expectation and will book same room again.

Nicely renovated complex, closest water is the bay, which was nice and calm for kids to play.

No water few hours first day

Booked a last minute Labor Day long weekend getaway with a friend. We enjoyed our stay very much. The views from the living room and porch were amazing. The unit was comfortable and clean. Only negative was the hall bath which was small and cramped. The location was excellent, and it was a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and other beach options.

On the way there we had some car trouble and arrived a day late. The owner was very understanding and loved our arrival and departure a day so we still got the same amount of time there. There is some construction going on at the complex for much needed updates.

I'm going to provide an accurate description for those who search looking for the perfect view for the 1 week a year you spend at the beach. You walk in the door and there is a huge closet that separates all of the rooms. The living room furniture is falling apart. The balcony chairs are not steady. The kitchen has no ice maker. Counters, dishwasher and all are fine. There were 2 regular coffee cups and a lot of tiny tea cups. There are not enough bowls in the unit for a family of 5 to all have cereal at the same time. The dining room floor is broken in one spot. The master room furniture is huge and I'm 130 lb and had to turn to get to the other side of the bed. The bed feels like a brick. There were only 2 thin blankets for the 1 teen who slept on the couch. Bedding in master is very thin if your cold natured. The light switch by the bed-only 1 plug works. The shower in the master room leaks. There are several leaky repair spots on the ceiling of the condo. You can't sleep late or go to bed early because you can hear everything from the outside. The view is good. Which is why I booked this condo. It appears to be more private. But it's not. There are ships/ boats/ shuttles bringing people to this part of the ocean all day long. You can't sit on the balcony and hear waves. Distance is to far. Your required to pay a cleaning fee and the place wasn't clean. I would not recommend this for a stay. You can do better with the money this one cost.

Location great, it was clean, nice pool but while outside i notice tall jacks holding the building up. I side our condo the floors were buckling and i do have to say I was concerned. It is a very nice condo and communication was easy and friendly.

Beautiful view, great pool, easy parking, and the AC works wonderfully. I would stay here again

This condo was absolutely lovely! My mother in law could watch us play on the beach from the living room, which she enjoyed. The location was great, the pool and facilities were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fabulous. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Location has its own private beach, lots of room, full kitchen and w/d. Ease of access to attractions amd local shopping.
