Welcome to Unit 319, where all six guest have their own bed. This unit had a 100% renovation, newly furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind
The kitchen has been opened up with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. It has all-new stainless steel appliances with a built-in air fryer in the stove. Also, a Keurig single serve as well as a 12-cup coffee maker. Many pots and pans, and utensils, as well as a crockpot.
The dining room seats 6 at the table and 3 more at the counter.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Overall the stay was nice. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. However, the secondary bedroom had ants that disturbed our stay for two individuals sleeping in that room. We actually left a day early due to the ants.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed it. The condo is lovely. My only suggestion is to be sure to have extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying for more than a few days. They only supplied us 1 extra roll of each and we were 4 people for 6 days.

Stayed May 30, 2025The condo itself was wonderful. It was a bit stinky but we bought an air freshener. Really had a wonderful stay! We didn’t like the bands we had to wear. One broke within an hour of arriving on property and had to be taped on. While we understand the need for identification, there has to be a better way. By the end of our stay, the bands were gross and shedding Mylar on our skin. Also, we would have LOVED to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Other than that, no complaints! The elevators were great! The beach was wonderful. Great covered parking. We would love to visit again!

Stayed May 24, 2025This property is on the corner of the complex making it feel very private. Pretty view of the gulf from master, living, and kitchen. You can hear the ocean from the balcony which has plenty of good seating.Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great. An easy walk to the boardwalk walk and on down to the gulf. The pools and game area are very nice and shaded in the evening. Much prettier and bigger than the photos show. Affordable and beautiful.

This was our first time to CC/Port A and glad we got a condo with a kitchen because while the food out was good (assuming you could get in, very crowded) there isn’t much variety. The condo was great and look forward to staying there again.
