La Mirage Condo 314 Beachfront Resort Condominiums with Private Boardwalk

We had a great stay last weekend. Loved the layout of the condo and accessibility to the amenities/beach. The kids were very excited that there were even extra pool and beach toys to choose from.

Enjoyed our time here. It was clean and comfortable. The teens could swim, get to the beach, play pickleball, etc. abd we didn't have to worry about them. It was a relaxing trip for all.

Very cozy and clean unit. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay at the beach.

My family and I had a very good time, with one exception. The shower/bathtub had no mat. I slipped Thursday night 6/12/2025. I hit my head and back. Thank God that I am ok and only sore.

The property was well maintained and clean. Getting to the beach was easy!

Good overall! Washing Machine was broken for the first two days and we were not informed of that before our stay.

The washing machine broke while we were there and was not fixed. I was given the option to use the front desk to wash my personal clothes between the hours of 8-4pm. It became very inconvenient and some of my family members didn’t feel comfortable having their clothes washed my another person. Also, there were a few outlets in the master room that didn’t work, the master sink didn’t drain, and the master tub was extremely slick with no anti slip mat. I messaged the host regarding the offer washing machine and didn’t receive a response in return. Everything else was great and short walk to the beach.

The place was nice. Area wasn’t bad, the amenities were okay. We were looking forward to the splash pad as we had a little one but it didn’t work so that was disappointing. The condo itself was comfortable, though the master sink was not draining well so we couldn’t really use it.

The accommodations were nice, however i have a few suggestions. To give your condo a more modern feel,I would update the kitchen,replacing the old style baseboards in the bathrooms and replace some of the furnishings along with bringing in some vibrant beach decorations. I suggest this as their are other condo's in your buildings that have done so and along with hopefully charging a little more,I believe you would see higher occupancy.

The condo was nice and looks just as pictured. I would recommend adding black out curtains to the master bedroom and a sturdier shower rod to the guest bath. More wall decor in the main living area would make it feel more homey. The furnishings are very nice. The front door lock needs to be oiled, it is difficult to insert the key and tricky to lock and unlock. Overall it looks like you have put in some good work to the condo so far. I would recommend friends and family to your condo.
