La Mirage Condo 306 Beachfront Resort Condominiums with Private Boardwalk

Dont stay here, floor hadnt beeb swept in so ling. Swept up sand and dirt (i have pics). And fridge didnt work the first day. So many issues from the beginning

This is a good condo, well equipped and in a good resort.We liked how clean it was, having a washer/dryer and the well stocked kitchen. The access to the beach was great and we loved how beach chairs etc were in the property and by the beach access to use.We had a lot of difficulty opening the front door, it was very stiff but as soon as we mentioned this to the front office they fixed it.The beds in the 2nd bedroom were worn with sloping mattresses and we found the a/c especially in that room very loud. The view from the balcony has sadly changed since the photos were taken, you now sit looking straight into someone’s house, just the other side of the resort fence. They are still working on these which was at times noisy.We had a couple of issues with the resort, the elevator on the same side as the condo, at the beach end wasn’t working, we weren’t told this.We didn’t like how loud music was played at the pool by the resort or other guests. There is no need for music in the pool area, it spoilt our relaxation.A glass bottle was left in our parking space and we accidentally drove over it as it was dark. We reported it to the office the following morning, the elder lady in the office was very dismissive. We couldn’t move the car as there was a lot of glass behind it. We insisted that someone come and clean it up, the gentleman that came couldn’t have been more helpful and could see why we didn’t want to move. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

My family has stayed at this condo for two summers and we love the boardwalk to the beach, pool and updated condos. Family friendly and affordable!

The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Super clean and much larger than expected. No real view of ocean, but this unit was worth it. Great location, easy beach access. Pools were empty and the grounds were very nice. Lots of extra fun items, like pickleball court, basketball and a game room. Twin beds a little soft, but king and pull out couch was comfortable. Came in after hours and maintenance was quick to let us in. I would definitely stay again. Only reason this was not a 5 was because they are building beach houses right outside the window and therefore the view and noise was not great. However, we weren't in the unit very much so didn't upset our trip.

We were pleased to stay in a beautiful space! The beds were comfy, the details were perfect, and we had everything we needed. We also truly appreciated that there were two different pools and a hot tub by each one. The staff was very nice and we will definitely be staying again!

We loved the location. We had to buy some pretty common things (salt, pepper, tissues) that we expected to be there. Other than that great stay!

Such a cute condo! Everything you could need plus it’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. We loved it!

We had a great experience here! Our room was updated and super clean. Beachy decorations helped us feel connected to the vacation more. Super easy to find and easy to navigate. Wishing they had beach access for golf carts although we realized how far from town it is so we saved the money from the rental, it worked out nicely for us. We stayed in a two BR and we have a fam of six, it was perfect for us! The grounds were pretty! Somewhat looks dated but they’ve done a ton of updates and we loved it! The pools were perfect for the kids. We enjoyed the beach location. Not too over crowded down alittle further from town. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation here and will definitely be back!! Be prepared there are stairs on the pathway to the beach. I have my husband and sons who helped with the wagon and it was easy!
