Stayed May 16, 2025I usually stay at Beachgate, but they're a little pricey right now. I've been staying in VRBO properties lately in other cities (mainly Amarillo) and I like VRBO's policies and procedures. This condo is wonderful for the price. I was concerned about the distance to the beach and the stairs down the boardwalk. Both were not an issue. The walk from 220 to the beach is actually shorter and easier than the one from our usual Beachgate condo. The condo itself was very clean and fairly well appointed. I really like the Keurig combo coffee maker, I might buy one for myself. The air fryer is a really nice feature too. What I was really happy about was the drinking water filtration system in this condo. It's amazing. I will be booking this condo again in the future.
