Newly renovated and decorated three-bedroom condo!

This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8 and is perfect for your family and friends to gather! The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with an en-suite master bathroom. There's a great queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and you'll find two adorable twin beds in the third bedroom. The additional bathroom has a shower tub combo, and the laundry room offers a washer & dryer for your convenience.

All three bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs, remote-controlled fans, USB ports for your electronics, and plenty of storage for your personal items. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a large wall-mounted TV. The dining area has a table that seats 6, and there is additional seating with 4 barstools at the countertop bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals and enjoy refreshments during your stay. Additionally, there is a large patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails!

Other items included: sand shovel & pails, family games, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. And you'll find plenty of hooks for your beach towels along the shiplap entry.

What you can expect in the condo:

The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

    Great location to the beach, Port A, and shops. We loved the option of swimming in the pool after a morning at the beach. Condo was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. We can’t wait to visit Port Aransas again!!

    We had a great time in Port Aransas. From early morning walks on the beach, laying out by the pool side and nights spent in the hot tub, the entire stay was perfect. It was a laid back area and a lot less busy than Florida. We would definitely stay again!!

    Listing does not share that construction activity is ongoing until after rental is paid. Website link is broken for accessing construction activity. Construction active on our front deck with crane activity throughout day. Painting in parking areas required vehicle to be moved. Noise by roof installation with heavy equipment operating until 7 pm Monday evening. Garbage disposal would not operate, and toilet wouldn't flush properly. Hot tub jets wouldn't operate. Maintenance contacted but did not address requests. Manager claimed she had poor communication regarding ongoing contractor operations. Manager states she was unaware of website promise to reimburse or offer to move visitors to another property. Seems like these issues would fall under her primary responsibilities as the key representative for the homeowners. Deceptive advertising and poor response and excuses by property manager. She only offered us a 10% refund. The property had very few guests, so I suspect that others have caught on to their deceptive business practices.

    We had a nice stay for Spring Break at this property. The resort itself is a little dated and run down however, the condo was very nice. Its design is updated and it’s nicely appointed with things you need to be comfortable. The check in process was very easy. It is right next to Cinnamon Shores and is a nice location for a family. A couple of small touches would make a nice difference. There are closets in every bedroom but not a single hanger in the whole condo so we couldn’t hang any of our clothes. Not a huge deal but had a couple of dresses and shirts that aren’t meant to be folded. It would also be great to add a couple wine glasses. The direct beach access was also nice and luckily, it’s a quieter part of the beach. The kids also enjoyed the heated pool.
