Welcome to Kookaburra #304, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo situated creek side of the Kookaburra Lodge. The large balcony with a private hot tub and BBQ is just feet away from the forest, the perfect condo for any time of year!

- In the Main Village
- Ski- in: Take the Gentle Giant and join the Valley Trail to the top of the village, then a 40 meter walk/skate to Kookaburra Lodge
- Ski- out: Cross the road and walk/skate 40meters to the main village and ski down to the Sundance and Sunburst chairlifts

    We enjoyed staying at this condo for five days. It was very comfortable and well equipped. ( patio chairs would have been nice). The property management team were very nice and quick to respond to us when we had any questions. The location of the condo was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

    This is such a fantastic property! So much space, premium everything and stocked with anything you might need. Just brilliant. We were sad to leave, but we’ll be back!

    The rooms were beautiful and comfortable well stocked … only issue is when we booked we booked for accessibility as my best friend is in a wheel chair there was no handicap parking and the rooms she could get around in no problem but … the shower was nice but needed grips on the seat to make sure she didn’t fall … so she had to sit on the floor in the shower … and there was no handle bars for the toilet. My suggestion when listing the rooms would be not to list it as handicap accessible but list it as good for elderly to get around and handicap parking is definitely needed at all locations not just down at the bottom of the hill where we would have to walk to the top for our stay
