Kona Plaza#212: Kona Hawaii Beach Vacation Rental: AC, Pool, Modern, WiFi!

Clean, spacious, loved the kitchen-loved the pool! Great location-walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and to a beach!

I did not like that you were only allowed one parking pass even you have a family with 2 vehicles

This property is in an excellent location if you want to Stay close to the Kona, touristy shops, and restaurants. The property was very clean. Our host was very easy to work with during our check-in and check out process. There were seven of us that stayed there which worked fine. The only time it became a little bit of an issue is when we all came back from the beach and needed showers. We took turns in the two bathrooms. It worked fine. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This place was awesome! RIGHT in the heart of it, across from the palace. Very clean (didn't see even 1 bug, and I was concerned about that given some of the reviews). Has all the kitchen and other necessities and great stuff for kids i.e. there was a boogie board, snorkel stuff, kids wagon...Not sure if these are all always there, but they were with our stay). Hightly Recommend!

Nice apartment downtown Kona. Clean.Ideally a bit more cutlery, ceramic bowls and a baking dish would have been nice.The regulations of the property threatening hanging out of towels with 100 fine are questionable when one does see the oldish look of the building.

This accommodation was perfect for our needs. They had everything we needed for our stay, as if it made us feel like we were at home. We appreciate the little details around the unit that made our stay very comfortable and stress-free! Mahalo!

Unit was listed for up to 8 people, but really is only comfortable for 4-5 at most. There is no lani or space other than the main room and two beds are also in that room. There were also only chairs to seat 6 and silverware for 6. The bathrooms are nicely done, but very tiny. great supply of snorkel stuff! This is a very nice place but 8 is too many.

Location was excellent - close walk to the main shops and restaurants. Inside was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the 7 of us! Loved that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with washer and dryer. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Appliances and various supplies was well appreciated. Thank you so much! We will absolutely book again next time we’re on the island!

The condo is extremely well furnished, perfectly clean, well stocked, and within a few min walking to restaurants and a cute beach for kiks

It was comfortable, clean, and a great location. The two beds in the living room were perfect for my grandsons. It was nicely supplied, including beach chairs and other equipment for enjoying the ocean. The balcony view was of the swimming pool. But there’s a lovely upstairs patio on the fourth floor for viewing the sunset and barbecuing.

This place was perfect for the family! Close to the beach.
