This condo was truly amazing and was perfect for our stay! Great area and you truly get everything you need. The staff was amazing when we needed assistance. Having a parking place was also amazing. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome location. Great lanai with ceiling fans. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room. Two full baths was a plus. Beach accessories (chairs, floating, beach coolers and snorkel gear) were a wonderful surprise. If you like a soft, bouncy mattress, this one is ideal. Personally, I could use a firmer mattress next time we come back.

The actual place was better than the pics on-line.

Beautiful property with an ocean view from the patio. Clean with fully stocked kit if you want to make food here rather than eat out for every meal. Very quiet. Nice to have assigned parking.

The property manager was very responsive.We have stayed in Kona Pacific condos over the past 12 years. We have watched the trees grow and they block views for the owners. It would be nice if the HOA did something to get the views back.

Communication was great. Comfortable accommodation in convenient location.

Portable A/C unit did not cool off other rooms. However, all other in unit was very nice and clean with other amenities not listed like beach supplies.

The place is very clean and nicely decorated. While not beachside, we still got a beautiful view of the ocean and the foliage on the property. We enjoyed the large lanai while having breakfast in the morning. Air conditioning is a must in Kona especially this time of year and was so glad to have it here. The kitchen is small but efficient and has everything you need. It has all the beach things you will need as well.

Enjoyed 5 days here. The property had everything you could wish for, even beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Location was great, a short walk to the town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Being such a short walk to town is such a treat as well. The property is absolutely beautiful and is very well maintained all throughout. The condo itself is amazing! Complete kitchen, two bathrooms, AC (in both the bedroom and living room), comfy bed and all of the beach gear you'd need for a day out. I'd highly recommend this condo and location to anyone looking to experience the relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and easy going! I'd also recommend checking out Huggo's/Huggo's on the Rocks (about a five-minute walk from the condo) and order garlic parmesan fries, they're life changing!

We stayed 6 days at this lovely and very spacious condo which allowed us to be super close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We enjoyed a 5 minute walk to have delicious, fresh acai bowls for breakfast, drinks at the waterfront hotel across the road, and plenty of shops. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can find most everything you need and its less than 30 minutes to swveral amazing beaches. The bathrooms are outdated but the entire unit makes up for it. Definitely will try to stay again.

This property was just as advertised! Excellent location, close to everything, clean and quiet. The hosts were super nice to work with and we ended up extending our trip a few days. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there in our future travels to Kona.

The property was clean, spacious and a great location. It included beach chairs, an umbrella, mat, towels, cooler, snorkel gear and more. The location is close to everything and the parking spot was very convenient, right in front of the elevator. Water pressure was lower than I’d like but was a minor inconvenience in comparison to the benefits of this lovely unit. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Fine art on the walls to enhance the natural beauty. The partial ocean view enticed us to the lanai for every in home meal. All kinds of sport equipment was available, including snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards. This place is a WOW!
