Kona Makai Building #1

Property was in great shape and cleanliness, and went above and beyond in having everything we needed for our stay!

Peaceful area, stunning ocean view from balcony, plenty of space for luggage and laundry in-house. Very detailed prep notes, so that there was no issue entering the property and finding the apartment - even with a jet lag.

Wow! This location was amazing. Right by the ocean. An amazing balcony that overlooks the ocean and the daily sunsets. It was truly a postcard. The unit had everything you could need for a great stay.

Another fantastic stay at this property, we've been back multiple times and always enjoy our time here. Location is absolutely amazing, next to the ocean. The unit is super spacious, clean and well stocked. The hosts - Jon and Suzanne are absolute pleasure to work with. We'll keep coming back!

Amazing place!

This was an amazing condo to stay at. It was clean with everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. The grounds were so beautiful! The pool and hot tub were so relaxing! And of course the view from the lanai was breathtaking!

Lovely property.. view from condo excellent.

We've lost count how many times we stayed at this condo and hope to continue coming back. Fantastic location right next to the ocean with waves breaking right next to the unit. Great, super well managed property with beautiful grounds, The unit itself has everything that may be needed for an amazing vacation in Hawaii. And the most The best part is absolutely amazing hosts. So grateful for your hospitality - looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. it was clean, and well stocked with kitchen items, the bed was comfortable, and we loved hearing the ocean waves at night. There is a new 65 TV in the Living Room. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony was watching the waves hitting the lava rocks and reading. There were lots of beach chairs and beach toys which was really nice. This is a second floor unit without an elevator, so that might be a problem for some. The owner is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will be back.
