As per our house rules:
-The property is non-smoking.
-Pets are allowed up to 25 pounds, with additional daily pet cleaning fees of $35 per pet (limit 2 pets).
-All guests need to adhere to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
-No events or loud music are allowed after 10 pm.
-Ensure compliance with the checkout time to avoid additional charges.

House Rules:
Age Requirement: Bookings from guests under 25 may be subject to approval or cancellation, as we prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests and our owner preferences. Upon booking you will be asked to verify your age by presenting an ID. Failure to be able to provide a valid ID that matches name of booking will result in reservation cancellation with no refunds.

Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation at the time of booking are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.

Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 10pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the condo complex and to be good neighbors to our neighbors.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests, no loud music after 10pm, no large events, parties or gatherings to be hosted at the property.

Pet Policy: If you planning on bringing your furry family members they must be under 25 pounds and reported at the time of booking as additional daily pet cleaning fees of $20 per pet per day applied. Limit of 2 pets total. Must be kept on a leash while outside property and house broken. You are responsible for any damages that might happen during your stay from your pet. Pets can not be left in the unit unattended. Must have all current vaccinations.

This property comes with a boat slip that can be reserved for using during your stay for an additional $30 per day.

Upon Departure: Our dedicated cleaning staff will promptly prepare the home for our next guests. To avoid additional charges, we kindly request adherence to the designated checkout time of 10am. Late checkout fees may apply, unless otherwise arranged with your host in advance. Please do not ask for a late checkout during the months of May-September as we usually are booked solid and unable to accommodate such requests.

Review Requirement: Bookings with insufficient reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to review and further verification.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review.

We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

Please Note: The community amenities (such as the pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) are managed by the HOA and are not under our direct control. By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours` notice.

Liability Waiver & Guest Responsibility Policy By booking and staying at this property, all guests agree to use the home and its amenities at their own risk. The homeowner and Lakecation Vacations (the management company) are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the improper or unsupervised use of the following amenities: Swimming, fishing, or kayaking in the lake Use of the dock, boat slips, or boat lift Use of the diving board Use of the firepit or outdoor grill Guests assume all responsibility and liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to themselves, others, and personal property while using any of the above amenities. Children must be supervised at all times around the water, dock, firepit, and any recreational equipment. Furthermore, guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to these features or any other part of the property due to misuse, negligence, or violation of house rules. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you and your guests have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and release the property owner and management company from all liability related to use of these amenities.

Early Check-In Policy We understand that sometimes you want to start your vacation a little sooner! While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests may contact us at 10:00 AM on the day of arrival to check if early check-in is possible. If available, the following conditions apply: An early check-in fee of $25 per hour will be charged The fee must be paid in full prior to check-in Early entry will not be granted without confirmation and payment Please note: If early check-in is important to your travel plans, we recommend booking your stay beginning the day before your intended arrival to ensure the home is reserved and ready for your early access. We appreciate your understanding as we work to prepare the home for your arrival with the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Late Checkout Policy Checkout time is 10:00 AM sharp on the day of departure. If you would like to request a late checkout, please submit your request no later than 11:00 PM the night before your departure. All requests are subject to availability and approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
