Knolls 0334 - Four Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 10

Simply put, The Knolls is dated - decades past its prime. Our 4BR unit's layout was actually quite nice. But it was the top (3rd) floor, with no elevator. The 4th BR was a loft - highest point in the building - with bunk beds covering the A/C vents. Had to move the beds and add 3 fans to make it livable. Also had a broken electrical outlet. Both entry doors had broken chain locks. Ants in the kitchen. Broken umbrella on the patio. And the exterior stairs to the unit were in nasty condition. All of that said, the property manager was VERY responsive and quickly corrected most of the fixable issues. The bedding, furniture, kitchen amenities and patio were all nice enough. Patio view was great! TVs were inconsistent. Main family room flat screen with cable was fine. BR TVs were mixed varieties of services - some cable, some Hulu streaming, etc.

Great spacious condo for our family New Yeras stay! This condo has plenty of kitchen items if you want to cook. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The Condo was just what we needed for our family and everyone enjoyed the stay the only thing I would suggest is a very good cleaning. It the floors needed swept and everything needed dusted.

Property was great. Group of 10 (mixture adults and kids) fit nicely with 4 bedrooms.

Our first time staying at the Knolls but I predict we’ll be back. The condo was as-described and check-in was a breeze as they called me with the door code once the unit was ready. No issues with the unit at all (other than the loft bedroom was pretty warm… it was a hot week (near 100 every day) so the a/c and fans up there had a hard time keeping it cool enough to be comfortable for sleeping). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Having a ramp (and trailer parking) on-site was a definite plus.

Lots of room, great view, and well stocked.

The layout of the condo was perfect for our group of 4 couples (family/friends). Each room had their own bathroom. The view from the deck was amazing and the condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Some improvements to consider would be some minor repairs to the skylights and cosmetic updating (paint/fixtures/carpet). We would stay again in the future.

The location and the property were overall nice. The rooms could have been cleaner in my opinion. There were areas of the rooms that haven't been touched by a duster. I would also suggest making repairs to the chimney outside. While on patio we saw holes in the chimney that could result in critters coming into the condo and staying with you.

Carpet is so old and dirty. The forth room upstairs is so hot. No propper ac . Bed sheets smells like sweat. Definitely need to clean. Ran out of hot water every time . Couches need to be cleaned.
