Knolls 0123 a wonderful condo with great amenities in Osage Beach!

We liked that we could walk to pool/hot tub .. we go annually and enjoy it here

It was a nice place, plenty of room. The pools and spa were close by and a nice place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our condo inside was newly remodeled and in nice condition. The balcony was pretty dirty. The outside of the Knolls is showing a lot of wear. The kids loved the indoor pool. Dust are furniture tells me cleaning was not very thorough. The bath tub in 1 bathroom was disgusting.

Overall a below average condo. Not very clean, dishes and silverware needed to be cleaned before using. The patio was very dirty and needed swept. The bathrooms were not very good, some mold and needs more caulk. The beds were not comfortable. The condo really needs updated. Also we bought air freshers to help with the smell. Not enough toilet paper and garbage bags. Positives the living room and dining room furniture was really nice. Check in process and communications was really easy. Nice fridge. I felt it was overpriced. The knolls is a really great place.

Condo is just like the pictures. Dated but great location

The area was great, it is a quiet cove so not a ton of wake to beat up your boat in the cove. It definitely could use some updates. It was cleanish, but obviously has been patched frequently instead of updated. We had trouble finding outlets that worked. We only had 2 trash bags in the kitchen and supplies were very short. The trailer parking and launch spot were handy, but not easy to use and very little available. We needed 2 slips and there was only one available so we had to launch one boat at the state park anyway. Eli from the management company was very helpful .

Had a great 4th of July weekend with the whole family. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. Balconies have great view of the lake and the complex's pools, playgrounds, and tennis courts were lots of fun.

It was a lot of things that wasn't working as follows :the toilet stop working twice, had to get another washing machine because the other leaked water,the deck ceiling fan wasn't working,they brought a fan for us to use on the deck, garbage disposal stop working the day we were leaving, my cousin got bite by bed bugs and I got a picture of the little demon. I rented a boat that didn't work properly, kept cutting off, and only went 9mph! I always come this time wasn't good at all

The condo was clean and tidy. Carpet was dated and stained. Booking and communication was easy and punctual. So overall experience was good. Just don't expect new or fancy.

Nice place, would use again if available.
