~Large Sectional Couch: Does not pullout but you could sleep on this if preferred.
~Queen Sized Blow Up Mattress Available to put in Living Room or Front Bedroom to sleep an additional 2 people if need.
~Disclosure: The Loft with the sleeping area is considered the 3rd Bedroom but it's not really a bedroom, just a place to sleep as an FYI! There are really only 2 bedrooms in this unit.
