KKSR#4102 DIRECT OCEANFRONT, INCREDIBLE GROUND FLOOR UNIT, REMODELED!, AC!!!

Don't think twice, just book this property! They had everything we needed during our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of fresh towels and linens, utensils, AC, and above all a beautiful view. We are already looking forward to our stay here in the future.

The condo is well stocked with snorkel gear, boogie boards and all kinds of beach essentials. The beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the view.

Property was pretty, nice lanai. Wish there had been tv’s in the bedrooms. Towels a little well used. Worst thing was the ants in the kitchen and front bedroom. They got in suitcases and the front bed. Not ideal obviously. Crumbs under kitchen stovetop probably not helping ant situation. In kitchen drawers and general maintenance sty pee smell in condo. We wouldn’t book again.

The unit overall was great, we especially loved being able to hear the ocean while falling asleep. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with the basics, which made our stay comfortable. We did run into a minor plumbing issue, but the property managers were responsive and resolved it during our stay, which we appreciated.One thing to keep in mind is the location. You’ll likely need to drive for most activities, including beaches, dining, and coffee. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, we found ourselves wishing the condo was a bit closer to some of the areas we preferred to spend time in.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience with the unit itself.

Nice property

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sun set each evening! Location is a perfect jumping off point to exploring the other parts of the island. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice, the only complaints I would have would be the sliding glass door did not function at all in the bedroom and only partially working in the living room. Also there was no designated guest parking spot for this unit, so if the two visitor spots were taken, it could be a bit of a walk. Loved the unit though!

The Surf and Racquet Club is a short drive from Kona and walking distance to a decent snorkeling beach. There's also a shopping center just minutes away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like to start off by saying that the Condo and loaction was overall beautiful. Unfortunately the Property manager acted like a spoiled little Toddler when we called to ask about certain issues. 1st the air condition units (remotes) as well as TV (Remotes) needed new batteries. No problem, we fixed that.. 2nd, out of 4 sliding doors, only one worked (barely). Signs advised not to open them until they get fixed. 3rd, Parking was only available at the Guest spots, which usually had been occupied by the time we came home for dinner. That ment walking in pooring rain. All that is not readon to have a bad time, but when we called the Priperty Manager to ask what is planned, we got told right away, that we bothered him during dinner, repairs on the doors are not planned (we stayed 2 weeks) and if we dont like it, we could leave and find something else. All we asked for is Sorry for the inconvenience. Again, the unit is great, but I will make sure to not do business again with Knutson & Associates

Loved the ground level ocean view, grounds and property. Everything we wanted with easy access to beaches, snorkeling, turtles, restaurants and grocery stores including Costco!
