Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo #3-202 has a great oceanfront location with unrestricted views. Unfortunately, the condo does not measure up to its potential. While the condo was generally clean, there are many areas of deferred maintenance that are in need of updating. The furniture is old but in OK condition while the various lights and lamp shades are in poor condition and should be replaced. The bathroom vanities had been updated in the past but the bathtub/shower faucets and showerheads are badly corroded. The badly corroded and rusted lounge chairs on the lanai are not inviting. There are adequate plates and silverware but only a few bowls of various sizes, which is inadequate for four guests. There are no BBQ utensils and limited kitchen accessories for measuring. Two coffee makers were found, one inside a box in a kitchen cabinet and the other in the entry closet, but neither was complete. One had a carafe too short for the coffee to be properly brewed but it worked OK in the other maker so we were able to make coffee. It should be noted that the second bedroom has a full-size kayak behind the beds and a bike on the closet. Also, if the window is left open when it rains, the rain water floods the floor.In our opinion, the owner should spend a few $1,000 to better maintain the condo and provide a better guest experience.

Good location

This is our fourth time staying at KS&RC, first time in this condo. As always, this place is epic. The condo was perfect for a place to decompress from our usual lives, provide a base camp for our week of diving, and enjoy a week of getting quiet while looking at the ocean. The condo has everything anyone would need and was beautiful. Thank you. God bless.

The good: fantastic view, loved the location, grounds beautiful and peaceful, comfy bedThe bad: bathrooms badly in need of updating, can hear every move upstairs neighbors make, few more roaches than I had hoped. Overall: would stay again (just hope for quieter neighbors). Great sunset views. Loved being near KTA grocery store, Clover and Mug coffee shop and Royal Thai retaurant shop

The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of basic supplies (tissue, soap, laundry supplies, etc) to last our entire stay. This complex is on the quiet end of Ali'i Drive away from the downtown portion. Quality restaurants within driving distance, Randy's Huli Chicken and Ribs road side food was excellent, seek it out! The condo itself sits just yards away from the ocean, so listening to sounds of the surf crash was a great way to fall asleep and wake up. If you want to unwind and just enjoy the peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Coffee on the lanai in the morning with the cool breeze, or the view of the ocean as the sun sets in the evening.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The views were stunning, the location was excellent. No complaints and will def stay here again when we go back to Kona.
