The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we especially enjoyed spending each evening on the back deck watching the spectacular sunsets.The condo also came with an impressive selection of beach supplies, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, and beach towels, which made our days by the water even more enjoyable.The location was ideal—not only for enjoying the beach but also for exploring and participating in other activities around the area. The property management team was outstanding, always accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.We truly loved everything about this condo. It exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay. Highly recommend. Host was very helpful and communicated well. View was amazing, wish we stayed even longer!

Strike 1. We walked in and were met with a very strong musty damp smell. Opening windows and doors helped, but it never went away. We can overlook the little cockroaches(it's Hawaii), but the smell was unacceptable.Strike 2. The unit flooded and the management company was awful. We got permission to use all towels and linens to stop the flow of water coming in. It didn't help. Kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom all with standing water. We asked if they could put us in another unit, no, it's too late for that. It was 7:30pm. Later that night they texted me the address to a shelter. No offer to find us a hotel. I am not moving my 83y/o mom to a shelter. I did call the area hotels and they were booked, so we stayed and left the next morning.Strike 3. No one for the management company called or texted to see if we were okay. Stay at your own risk.

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well appointed. It was great to be on the first floor so we could walk right out into the grass and the path to the rocks and made it easy to cart all our snorkling gear each day. Beautiful view right out back! No a/c but plenty of fans!

We would absolutely stay here again! Check-in, communication, and the property itself were all excellent. The condo was beautiful, and having Sierra greet us at check-in added a personal touch. Close to shops and restaurants.

I spent a large portion of my time on the lanai reading while overlooking the ocean. My kids liked the resort pool. Convenient location for Kona. The condo was hot when we arrived, but it cooled down with open windows and fans. I would stay at this location again. The Rental Company was responsive to any needs. Appreciated that the fridge had an ice maker and filtered water.

Our view of the ocean was gorgeous and the grounds were perfectly manicured. We will definitely be back again to stay.

Beautiful ground floor unit, very fresh with amazing outdoor patio facing the ocean. We enjoyed sunsets from it and also used the nearby area for fishing, vey convenient; all in all amenities in the complex were clean and updated, kids tried pool and played tennis. Great location close to couple small beaches: snorkeling spot and the beach with huge waves to have fun, literally 3 minutes drive; also the sopping plaza was close to the complex and it was enough for our family of 5. This was our most expensive accommodation on Big Island, but it worth the money.

The location of the unit is ideal for getting around the Kona area. The propety is beautiful. The unit itself has a walk out covered lanai that is pefect for sitting and listening to the waves crash and the bird chirp. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Book this condo! The grounds are perfect for families. Very safe and protected with gated entry. Our 4 kids (8-14 years) loved all the amenities including a large pool, volleyball, pickleball/tennis courts, and walkable beach access. We were pleasantly surprised by the owners attention to detail. Bedding, linens, cookware, small appliances, tupperware were very high quality. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay with pickleball and tennis equipment, beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. And to top it off, you can hear and see the waves crashing at all times! Amazing sunsets!

At the end of the row of buildings, there are not many people walking by this ground floor unit. The shoji screens open the bedroom to the living area for an open feeling. We had small children with us and the lawn area in front was a great place to use up some energy. The pool area was perfect and friendly. The complex is a little far from downtown Kona for us, but the location was quiet and all about the direct ocean access. Plenty of water toys to take to the beach. We loved having an almost private sandy beach to sit by.

Location met our needs perfectly between Kaanapali and Kapalua. With easy access to condo from parking to unit. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked with linens and beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, etc. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but suggest having microwave safe plates. We did have a hiccup with twin bed assembly, but we addressed it and notified management, with our reply.

We loved our stay at this condo right on the ocean. It is truly oceanfront. Great location, convenient to most places on the island and close to necessities. The beds were comfy and condo was nicely renovated. We had everything we needed and also were so appreciative of the management company - they were easy to work with and flexible when we needed. We will definitely be back!

Happy to return to this excellent resort.. perfect for all ages. Close to groceries and Kona.

Beds were comfortable. It was convenient to be on the first floor. There are lots of fans but no ac. We visited in august and it was very hot one evening without ac. I recommend this unit and hope to return one day!
