King Suite with bathroom

Good calm quiet area

A very nice clean apartment. Staff is friendly and willing to help. View of the pool in one room, channel view with sailboats from the bedroom. Short walk to the beach. Restaurants are a bit farther, need to walk about 20 min or take one of freely available bicycles. We were completely happy with our stay and recommend it!

I gave 4 star ,just because of our app.ait was not like what we saw on pictures ,very very small kitchen sink that you could not even wash a plate. Very small bathroom sink ,hard to wash your hand.We heard that it was the only app with this condition. We expected much better app. With the price that we paid .Manager was nice to gave us a $100 credit but Really if I was the owner I would not rent out this app.

Comfortable for our family of 3, clean living space, easy walk to the beach.

We spent a week here. Had great weather and met great people. Such a friendly environment. Enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The caretakers are wonderful people. We have stayed in other VRBO's that have cupboards nicely filled with a few more spices and kitchen condiments. Until covid passes this might not be possible. Our room could use a little updating with decorating. The space is small, but there are things that can be done with small spaces to make them more accommodating and inviting. Yes, we would go back and visit again. Quiet and friendly place. Deb

The location of the unit was great. You could walk down the steps and have your morning coffee by the water. We loved that they provided beach essentials for your use (first come first serve). For the price, we wished that the unit was more updated (it's decorated with a 70s beachy theme) and smelled old. We ended up buying candles to mask the smell. My other issue was that there were two measly pillows that were so thin, it could barely hold your head up. Again for the price, I just expected a little more. Also, I don't agree with having to pay a cleaning fee but yet, I still had to take my own trash out and make sure all the dishes were clean and away. If I'm paying a cleaning fee, I think those things should be included.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax! It's a short walk to the beach, and a slightly longer walk to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely look at staying here again if we return to Clearwater!
