The Space:

*Notice: Scheduled Roof Maintenance (April–May 2026)

The building will be undergoing roof work from April 13 through mid-May 2026. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with noise typically beginning around 8:00 AM.

-Guests staying during this time may experience some weekday daytime noise. Weekday pricing has been adjusted to reflect this.

Kick your shoes off and relish in tranquility at our serene ocean side property nestled on 60 private acres. As you walk in the door you will be greeted with designer decor and the blue green colors of the Atlantic.



Enjoy the ocean views and ocean breezes from your master bedroom, living room or private lanai. This vacation condo, located in the 2nd building at Ocean Pointe Suites, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of space to spread out.



The KING master bedroom is dressed in island finery with private bathroom, walk in shower, and flat screen TV makes for the perfect retreat after a long day on the water. The balcony off of the master bedroom allows you to watch the glorious sunrise that our area has to offer.



The guest bedroom offers 2 TWINS beds and a guest bathroom.



You can cook your catch in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and drip coffee maker. The living room offers a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, flat screen TV and lanai.

A WASHER/DRYER is available in this condo; along with free wifi.

THE PROPERTY/ AMENITIES:



Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including:

- BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided;

- Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables;

- Two private TENNIS courts and Pickleball

- 24/7 FRONT gate security;

- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;

- 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit;

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited.



Other things to note:

Marina Slips are run by a separate entity.

2 Parking Passes Issued per Reservation ( 2 Cars Max)



The Neighborhood:

Nestled within the exclusive, gated community of Ocean Pointe Suites in Tavernier, this condo offers a prime location in the heart of the Florida Keys. You're just a short drive from the world-renowned John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (approximately 10 miles), perfect for snorkeling and diving. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Wild Bird Center (1.7 miles). Enjoy easy access to fantastic fishing, kayaking, and ecotourism opportunities, with the Everglades nearby. A scenic two-hour drive south will take you to the vibrant Key West. Indulge in the local flavors with a variety of restaurants offering fresh seafood, a true highlight of the Keys' culinary scene.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
