Quite, polite, easy to find. Things to do: fix front door lock (from stickinh open). Replace blind in master bedroom (doesnt close properly)

Good value & location

The apt was spacious for the 3 of us and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking which was great! Pool towels available and lots of shower towels. We loved the pool - large size with lots of umbrellas and lounge chairs. Busy but never an issue getting a lounger. Largo was responsive to questions and booking, check in and out was easy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Communication with the Owner was top notch. The fact that the instructions are sent ahead of time and very detailed help to make our arrival and departure easier. The place could use a little updating, but overall we would stay here again and recommend. The pool area, tennis courts and little beach area are great. Access to groceries, shopping, scuba diving and restaurants are very easy and plentiful.

This is a great property in a great location. We stayed only a couple nights here due to other time constraints with work but really wished we could’ve stayed there longer. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and communicated very well with us before, during and after our stay. The property was very clean and secure as they have an actual gate and guard you must pass through before you come on the property. My only regret in the whole situation was not getting to stay longer, will plan to return in the future.

The apartment was spotless! The staff was very nice.

Condo was a little on the smaller side especially for the price. Water pressure was non existent!! Seriously, taking a shower was a huge challenge. For the price I expected more. Pool was closed the day we arrived. Hot tub was not working properly. The beach was not what was pictured. It was dirty and smelled. Back patio was very small, we could only fit one chair outside. The other person had to stand. It overlooked mangroves and trash was littered on the ground. So don’t expect a nice view. Owner did have good communication. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. I did like that it had a washer and dryer. Overall we had a good time. Pictures of the place make it look far nicer than what it is.condo itself is nice but the property is so so. The location is good. Plenty to do within a short distance. My biggest issue was the water pressure. I could barely wash my hair. Even the bath trickled and when you turned the shower on it would take about 40 seconds for it to build up enough pressure to come out. Hot water was also so so but I could deal with that.

Fabulous stay! Pre-stay communication was great. The host went out of their way to make our holiday stay special on our arrival date! Communication during the stay was reliable and helpful. Most things we needed were supplied! Plenty of towels and linens. The pool is HUGE and a short walk from the condo! We only briefly checked out the other amentities at the resort. Very clean condo. Easy to access. Stairs and an elevator are nearby. Relaxing, generally comfortable stay.

Everything was great except for the beds/pillows. The beds were hard and squeaky. Any extracurricular activity could be heard due to the springs. The pool was beautiful and the unit was immaculate.

Fun place for adults and kids

Our stay was great. Family of 5, 2 adults, 21 yr old, 16 and 14 yr old boys. The condo fit us. We did use the pull out couch. (The mattress could be replaced) our peek a boo view was just that but we were able to see the sunrise. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was easy to contact the owner. Check in was easy. We felt safe and grounds were well maintained.We were excited to see the pool snack hut and beach restaurant open. They had a decent happy hour but food was very disappointing. It’s too bad we probably would have eaten there a few times if they had just decent food.We enjoyed the small beach area. The boys snorkled and fished from the rocks. The pier was a relaxing spot. The pool and hot tub were clean and their music was great. We would definitely return in the future.

The pool is very nice. The grounds are, too. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bike/walking path that runs along Florida 1.I didn't make it to the ocean, but it is slightly visible from the property.

Great location to travel around from. Lovely pool area to cool off in, condo was just right for 4 adults to share, communication was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The sunsets were immaculate, the pool was lovely, the cherry on top was having YoYo's Burger's food truck parked outside the pool area. We rented local ebikes for two days to just zoom around since my boyfriend and I were staying without a vehicle for a few days. Windixie was so closely nearby that the ebike ride there was surprisingly pleasant and not as stressful as I had figured it might have gone. Thank you for our stay!!!

Very clean, well equipped unit. Excellent location
