This condo was absolutely perfect! Not only was it an incredibly clean, but everything was new and worked perfectly. The location was excellent! The view from the balcony of the ocean was wonderful! Could not have been a better trip!

The Condo was exactly as described, very comfortable with wonderful beach view. We had beautiful weather and an excellent week at the beach. Close to Fort Clinch. Very quiet and relaxing.

Property as cute as pictured. The view,access to beach,pool, was perfect. We ate most of our meals in as we did not want to leave the balcony! Watched the sunrise each morning and although there were children on the property, they did not disturb. The property managers could not have been more helpful with directions around the island.We were so pleased that we’ve bppked another stay in the fall. The condo was perfect for unwinding.

Everything was perfect! Paula answered any time I messaged her, the condo was stocked with laundry pods, beach towels, toilet paper, etc!! The location was wonderful!!

This was our first time on Amelia Island and it certainly won’t be our last. Our stay was incredible, and the condo was superb.

Met all our expectations! It was a chill environment and it was just what we needed to recharge.

We had family time. It was everything it showed online. The view was excellent. We loved watching the wild bunnies and turtles in the dunes. The pool was so nice after a beach day.

This was the perfect place to stay for 4 adults, Very clean and good location. The condo looks exactly as pictured.

Beautiful view of the beach for all weather. We had it all, stormy waves, snow flakes and warm sun. The pelicans and dolphins were a bonus to watch

So relaxing to hear the waves at this condo! Property was clean, well stocked, furnished very nicely, and we had a great time. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic rental & experience! This top floor (4th) condo is in a perfect location on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace (has 4 Adirondack chairs) watching the sunrise, the waves crashing and just taking in the whole landscape. The view is expansive down the beach. The dunes below were also entertaining as there are some Gopher tortoises and bunnies living there! We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. And there is an outdoor shower on the boardwalk as you come back from the beach to rinse everything off. The condo itself is very nice. Beachy décor, cozy & comfy furniture and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed & then some! We appreciated that there were ample beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys (we're an adult couple but enjoyed using a beach bucket to collect our shells!) and even an Igloo cooler! The condo also had books & games & welcome set of toiletries. We found the unit to be very clean and appreciated that there was a washer/dryer in the unit to do a quick load before we headed home. Parking was a breeze and there are carts to help bring stuff in & out, and there is an elevator. The proximity to restaurants, shops, bars, etc was good too! There's a restaurant/bar across the street & a lot more just a few minute drive down the road. The hosts were fantastic!! We messaged a few questions to them via the VRBO messaging system & they were friendly and very quick to reply. Thanks for a great experience

Loved this condo! It had everything we needed. It was one of the most clean condos we’ve stayed in too. Perfect location to town but you felt like you had your own piece of paradise. The view was stunning! We watched the sunrise every morning. Thankful they had boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs & beach towels so all you needed was your suitcase. We’ll be coming back!

Great location on the beach for watching sunrises. Added benefit of turtles and rabbits on the sand dunes. Paula, property manager, very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Clean condo, well stocked with all we needed for beach time. We definitely want to stay here again.
