Nice location, with fantastic views. The unit is definitely in need of some general maintenance though. All doors are in need of repairs, especially those leading to the ocean views which are just barely usable. You need to get to the lanai too for the views, because you cannot see through the film on the sliding doors. The toaster, dishwasher, televisions, lights and sinks all could use some attention too. The water was turned off altogether one day with no warning or communication.

This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in, and the ocean view is fabulous. The condo had plenty of towels, dishes, beach chairs, and everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The unit itself, however, is much more dated and tired than it appears in the photos. Also, after we made our non-refundable reservation we were told that no rental cars were available. I see that KBM has now added disclaimer language about rental cars during holiday weekends, but that language was not present when we booked. If you are relying on the promise of a rental car, please confirm availability before you reserve the unit.

The communication from KBM is first class, they are proactive and extremely responsive. We had a nice time at Valley Isle. Check-in: very easy, free parking for one vehicle Accommodations: plenty of room for a family of 4, gorgeous view of the ocean—great for viewing seals, whales, dolphins, turtles right from our balcony; patio door is quite difficult to open, black out shades were nice to have, as was the washer/dryer; appreciated the air conditioning at night; otherwise, well appointed condo with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach/water toys Location: within walking distance to a public beach (right next door, no beach at property) & easy driving distance to other beaches, lots of restaurants, and several grocery stores Check-out: very easy, low effort process Other: there’s a small pool on the property, we didn’t use it. There’s not a lot of other amenities, but it’s a great quiet location that’s still central to many activities. The unit has a few things showing some wear, but it is priced appropriately in comparison to other KBM properties in the area. We had a wonderful time and can’t say enough about the first class service from KBM.

Clean space, comfortable setup, and a host who made everything easy. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. The view is incredible - there are always sea turtles to spot! The condo layout was perfect for our family of 4, we brought 2 teens. They enjoyed the beach access and beach gear in the closet. We used it everyday. Condo was clean and kitchen had all the basics. Our only issue is the patio doors are incredibly difficult to open. Our youngest (13) couldn’t do it on his own. Overall, amazing place and we would love to stay again.

It had a great view and the beach right out front was nice! Loved the twin bed set up for our 2 kids. Close to everything we needed. Parking was easy too. Close to eating options and snorkel rental. Great to have a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys ect. Would stay again!

My family and I just got back from 5 days in Maui, staying at this condo. It felt like home by the end and we didn’t want to leave. To start, the view is amazing. We fell asleep to the ocean and woke up to gorgeous mornings. We ate on the lanai every morning and some evenings. There were beach chairs and a boogie board for us to use, some sand toys for the kids, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. We had a slight Netflix problem and let KBM know and they were there fixing it immediately. Kids had fun playing in the pool and at the beach in front of the condo. We loved that there are two stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. The air conditioning was really nice for hot nights. The condo was clean and spacious. We also loved the water pressure and the rain shower! It’s such a great place and we will be back!

Great view, amenities and cleanliness. The lanai and rental car are game changers that helped us pick this property. It seemed like the pool was closer to the beach but that is the condo next door. The beach is very walkable and a great place to hang out and snorkel.
