Stayed Apr 17, 2022The only complaint that I had was the check in. We only rented it for 6 nights so our check in day was a day later than everyone else. The check in counter couldn’t find our reservation because it was booked for the whole 7 nights. They found our reservation the day before. I wish that it would have been made clearer to us about about the fact that everyone but us had checked in the day before. It all worked out, but for a minute I was worried that we had been scammed. I want to make it clear though that we were only charged fir 6 nights and taxes to cover 6 nights. We also didn’t realize that you could check out beach towels at the pool for the week and that there were other beach rentals available by the front desk. We bought towels and rented snorkel gear somewhere else before we knew this. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai!
