Perfect place to get away and enjoy the peace Kauai! Quite space, with all amenities listed! Kitchen stocked with everything you need to stay in! Perfect view of the ocean, and listening to the waives will put every worry aside! Clear directions and communication with the host! Will definitely look for Kapaa Sands on my next adventure to the island.

Everything was great

We loved settling into this unit for our week on Kauai. It’s small, but had everything we needed in a great oceanfront location.

It was our first trip to Kauai and our condo ended up being in the perfect spot! It’s half way to everything on the island. The condo had absolutely everything we needed in it. Bed and pillows super comfy. If I had to find any negative it was the sand chairs need to be replaced, very minimal.

Great cozy accommodations with well-appointed kitchen. Conveniently located in a quiet area with direct beach access. Highly recommend!

The sound of the ocean was so peaceful. The property has lots of beautiful landscaping and song birds. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Word of caution: you will hear the neighbors and the water pressure in the shower is very low. All that aside we would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice place! We really enjoyed the easy access to the ocean.

It is a great place for anyone who wants to stay near the ocean. There is no air conditioning which requires one to keep the windows open for ventilation and temperature control. This means one will hear surroundings including crowing roosters, other guests/residence, and landscapers. There were also ants, a dead cockroach, and droppings in the kitchen cupboard.

This is our second time staying at Kapaa Sands. This was a different unit we stayed in yet absolutely adore this property. We love the small beach cove area!! My fiance surprised me with an engagement proposal on that little cove!!! We have found a special place here. It is well kept, both the grounds as well as the units. We love the remodeled units, it keeps the local charm and feel!!

We enjoyed the patio and ocean view along with the close proximity of grocery and restaurant options. Additionally, we appreciated the ease of driving to beaches on the south side and on the north.

Great stay, great area, easy to access.

A lot of attention to amenities - TV is mounted on a swivel and appliances look brand new - and the best mattress I've slept on away from home.

Loved the property, the Sunny Daze condo and the property manager.

This little spot is perfectly tucked away on a quiet property to give us privacy with a small ocean view from the lanai. The space was perfect for my husband and myself. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in. We also appreciated the beach chairs to add comfort during our stay. Thanks for attending to the details.

The room was even better than listed! Perfect for 2 people, very updated look and feel. Lots of character! Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. No need for a car (we like to walk). We will definetly be back!
