This two-bedroom two full bath oceanfront condo is 952 sq ft. This property has the BEST views of the ocean, Molokini Crater, and Kaho'olawe Island. From your lanai, enjoy sunsets and sunrises from this location and watch the turtles play in the ocean below. Humpback whales can be seen in abundance during the winter months, November through April.

This unit includes window A/C in the living room, 4 ceiling fans, and FREE secure 5G (400 Mbps) Wi-Fi Internet. This unit is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, stove/oven, and linens, and towels. Free calls to the USA mainland and Canada, cable TV, and CD/stereo. The master bedroom has a comfortable pillow top King-size bed for your sleeping comfort. The second bedroom has two single beds with pillow-tops. This home is a wonderful value for large parties and sleeps four guests comfortably. We will allow up to 6 people maximum, please ask permission. There are 2 foam mattress pads single size for the 5th and 6th.

Kana'i A Nalu is a quiet resort that sits on the oceanfront away from the road on Ma'alaea Bay. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person, there is a great beach to run on as you can do so for miles in peace away from the crowds. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kana'i A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to Sugar Beach. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, Freight Trains, can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Toward the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds.

A short walk down the road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Five Star rated waterfront. Just steps away are the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline, and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

Ma'alaea is located 20 minutes to Lahaina town and 20 minutes to Kihei and 30 minutes to Wailea and to the OGG Kahului airport.

    Having been to Maui several times but largely stayed in the Kaanapali area, we weren’t sure what to expect staying more south. This location was ideally situated to drive in any direction, Kahalui, Kihei/Wailea or West. Check in and communication were smooth and the view was amazing. We lost track of how many whales and sea turtles we saw during our stay. The condo had lots of amenities and we were pleased to be able to use the fridge to fill our water bottles vs buying bottles to take with us on our daily travels. The only minor complaint we would have is that the hot water didn’t quite stretch in the event our group of two adults and two younger kids needed to clean up around the same time after a day at the beach and before a dinner reservation. Make sure to check out Hula Cookies at the harbour, as well as Point Break Pizza! Would stay here again for sure. The adjacent sugar beach was a great place for a serene walk in the mornings

    Quiet condo community. Plenty of space for 4. View is unbeatable. Daily frequent sightings of whales - incredible. The grounds are nicely maintained and it’s a quick walk to a lovely, uncrowded beach. Rental agency was supremely responsive. However, the unit condo itself is rather tired. The wooden furniture and kitchen cabinets are spotty and worn, in need of some love. Lighting fixtures need a good cleaning - grimy and buggy. Kitchen has the basics. Nothing horrific but for the price, the condo could use some love.

    Stayed here in order to help volunteer for the fire victims. Location was good and easy to get to Lahaina and north areas to volunteer. Also, a quick drive from the airport and only a 15-minute drive to Kihei where there are many shopping and eating options. Condo was clean and so close to the ocean that you can fall asleep to the waves (quick walk to a beachy area). Pool/beach towels available for use, and a full kitchen. We were on the 3rd floor and did not see an elevator, so keep that in mind while carrying heavy luggage and groceries. There was an a/c unit in the main room, but no a/c in bedrooms. We had every fan in the place going with all windows open and was still very hot. Overall, nice place to stay.

    Simply being on the balcony here, we observed a sea turtle on the beach one day and watched whales on several days. There is very little foot traffic so it mostly feels like you and the ocean. Walking the beach at night shows off a sky dense with stars. Another treat is the park with wetlands just a short stroll down the beach.

    The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy the relaxing oceanfront property. Our family loved watching the turtles and surfers from our balcony! Would definitely stay there again.

    This is a great property if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Quiet, clean area with nothing but soothing waves and a fresh tropical breeze. Everything was perfect.

    We have been going to Maui for many years. This was our second time at this property, which we find ideally located and well furnished. We particularly like to listen to the crashing surf outside of the bedroom window each evening, look for whales and dolphins off the coast, and experience the late afternoon sea breezes.

    The condo was renovated with new counters and new dishwasher. However, the art on the walls looked like it was from a garage sell and the carpet was stained and dirty. The master bedroom mattress has seen better days and the overall impression was underwhelming. However, with that said... it was adequate for our family of 4 and in a good location within walking distance to a small and quiet beach and a small general store. It was a good base for activities on both Kihei and Lahaina. Overall, it was a good value. Please note that the Ma’alea bay is the windiest spot on the island. Also, the traffic between it and the other towns can get backed up, so allow plenty of time for travel. Also, the condo does not have any soap or shampoo/conditioner - so remember to bring your own.
