Just Finished and Furnished! Spacious Luxury Condo 326 Stimson Ave, Pismo Beach

I was really impressed with the property. The location was so convenient to the rest of the town. We could walk to the beach or the cinnamon roll shop with no problem. The Condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. It was well equipped with what we needed. The roof was the best. We were able to have dinner up there and watch the fireworks show with our 360 degree view of Pismo. I would definitly stay here again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this place. Everything has been consistently good. The roof top deck is a family favorite. We really enjoyed the new barbecue.

We spent evenings watching the sunset and mornings enjoying coffee with the spectacular coastal scenery spread out before us. The renovations were tastefully done, giving the space a fresh, modern feel while still being cozy and inviting.What really stood out was the perfect location - we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted and explore downtown Pismo without having to drive. Having so many dining options within walking distance was a huge plus, and then returning to our private rooftop retreat made each day special.The owner was very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect home base for us. There were six of us, my hubby and I and our 20-something kids. We all loved it. The rooftop deck was so nice, once it was warm enough to enjoy it! The location is fantastic, so close to beach, pier, shops, restaurants and all of it! Hosts were responsive and very nice.

Absolutely loved the place, Gene was fantastic to deal with, he made to whole process so easy. My only criticism would be they need more pillows. They only provide one small pillow per person for the bedrooms, but non for the pullout sofa.

Got together for a special birthday celebration. Location was great. The stairs were a little challenging for three days. Three flights and quite steep. Master bed too firm and would bring my own pillows as those provided were not very comfortable. The kitchen was nice as was the deck on top of building.

This property is in a great location. Few blocks to the beach and pier. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property is clean, comfortable and homey. It has everything you need. The rooftop is spacious and a nice place to relax during sunset. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Everything was just as nice this year.

Condo is centrally located in downtown Pismo and walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants and shops. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the roof set up. We had views of the whales who were feeding in the Bay. It had fire pits for the seating areas which were perfect for the chilly evenings. We had a slight hiccup with the cable channel access and Gene was so responsive in getting it resolved. Would definitely book again. Thank you for your hospitality.
