Great host - easy setup for 4 kids

Everything in the place looked just as the pictures online. Easy check in and any questions were promptly answered.

We appreciated the prompt responses of management as had issue with a bed upon arrival that was immediately addressed. Location was great, really enjoyed our week at the beach.

The condo was comfortable for our family and allowed east walks to and from the beach. Plus mid week cleaning. We will be back!

Super clean, gorgeous condo in stunning rosemary beach. We loved how close everything was and walked everywhere! Perfect weekend getaway!

Our trip started on Labor Day with all the crowds but by Monday morning everyone had packed up. I would definitely recommend coming

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would have given 5 stars, but I wanted to get someone's attention regarding a questionable issue. The 2nd day of our stay, we had an unexpected guest. A man was banging on our door, and walking across the breezeway and doing the same, to our neighbor. Thankfully, my children did not answer. When I confronted him, he said that friend had texted the address, and asked to meet him there. His story ws sketchy, at best. He could not tell us who his friend was, or provide any contact info.We were able to make him leave, eventually. I spotted Rosemary Security about 100 yards away, and advised them of the strange encounter. They were not interested in contacting local law enforcement , and brushed me off with yeah, we saw him, we'll keep an eye out for him. They refused to have local Sherrif's Department run a license plate check. Their lack of interest was really disappointing. This man was clearly up to no good. Hindsight, I should have just called 911.

We needed a battery replaced in a smoke detector and it was quickly addressed. Easy to communicate with property management. This is our second time in same building and very pleased again!

Bikes were a nice perk and allowed us to get places even quicker! Nice tv’s, comfortable beds, and kitchen was well stocked. Quality washer/dryer combo as well. Property management company was very communicative as well. The only small negative would be that the noise from Hwy 98 is noisy in the mornings so if you enjoy quiet outside while you drink your coffee this will not be your spot.

Reviewer Comments: the condo was just beautiful, the location was perfect easy walk/ bike ride to the restuarants and shops, neighborhood was picture perfect we had many evening walks at night. so very pretty. one disappointment was we needed one hour late check out.that was denied , then at 9:30am on day of check out the cleaning service knocked on the door the tell us again check out time was at 10:00 am. that was not necessary. We felt like we were being pushed out.
