Just Above The Lifts at Heavenly with Lake Tahoe Views

This place was great for my family. The kitchen was well-stocked, making cooking easy. It was a short drive or walk to the ski lift. There was also a closet in the hallway, making it easy to store snowboarding boards.

Location was good. Inside was very outdated. Carpet was dirty. Rugs were scattered on top of the carpet. Corner of large rug was turned up right at the front door presenting a fall risk. We both tripped over it. Advertisement said pool and spa. We never even saw one. Owner did provide us a gift card since pool was not available. Owner was very nice, but we left a day early and forfeited our paid night. Bed was super comfortable though.

We had a nice time staying at Ian's place. It was an easy check in process, and the condo was close to the parking lot. The host was communicative and pleasant. We had everything we needed. The host even left some kitchen staples for us which really made our stay nice. Comfortable master bed. Hot shower. Toiletries and towels provided. I would happily stay again.

The condo is very conveniently located, clean and nicely equipped. Ian the host is extremely responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely want to come back next year. There is a way to ski to boulder (snow condition permitting), but it's not clear how to get back to the property. Boulder and stagecoach parking lot is only 5 mins away so we just drove there, more convenient anyway.

Its cozy, relaxing, quiet, and clean! Fantastic view of Lake Tahoe, easy route to South Lake Tahoe and all the fabulous shops, restaurants, etc. Great place for a family, couple, or friends for a weekend or week vacation. The host was there for questions and property needs. I would recommend this place. Thank you for the best experience for my first time doing this type of weekend rental.

We were in SLT for a Sunday wedding. Only used the condo to sleep and shower. It was very comfortable.

Me, wife and 2 20-something daughters. Difficult to find 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (kids won’t sleep in the same bed at this age). This was perfect. And better yet with 2 bathrooms. Views from back “patio” are awesome. A great place to enjoy a glass of wine after hiking all day. Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are a short walk up the road.

We are a group of 2 who work remotely and travel around the world. Every winter season we spend at some ski resort. This season we spent a month in this 2bd/2ba ski-out condo. Here’s a summary of the condo and our stay: - plenty of space for 2 people; a few times our friends were coming over and we had no issues to host them - awesome internet. We had a few glitches when a record-breaking winter storm was messing electricity and cell towers, but these were fixed in a few days. For that time, we used a very nice coworking 10 minutes driving away (untethered.space) - good hot shower; there’s also a bath with jets. - we enjoyed ski-out experience (but it might me somewhat technical). Getting to the slopes is effortless, and there’s a free shuttle that takes 5 minutes to bring you back. Worst case, it’s a 20-minute walk back (did it a few times during the winter storm since shuttles were canceled). - there’s a nice beer & food place 8-minutes-walk away. Small grocery shop with essentials is there as well, Safeway is 15 minutes drive away - Ian is an awesome host. No matter what kind of question we had, he was always super fast to respond. The check-in and checkout experience was smooth. - heavenly is an awesome ski resort to stay. Nevada side in particular is way less crowded than California side, so extra points for this! Overall, great condo for the money! We would stay again!
