Journey Begins at The Road To Moab In Rim Village! Recently Updated! Super Clean

Lots of space for our party of 5. Close to local attractions and dining options. Had a small issue with the grill but, owner responded very quickly. We would rent again.

Quiet, well-appointed, and spacious.

Excellent place! Very comfortable unit for 5 adults with plenty of space. Mattresses were comfortable, pillows were soft, baths and kitchen were clean. 2 car garage plus driveway for 1.5 cars comfortably and not to squeeze your neighbor. Two VERY minor suggestions for the owners, 1) please have your maintenance team check the grease tray in the grill regularly, it was full when we checked, 2) there are lots of coffee mugs but few water glasses. Again these are not really negatives but suggestions. We had a wonderful time and the owners were quick and easy to work with. We will suggest to others.

The property was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The grill came in handy. All the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. They included complimentary soap, trash bags, and other essentials. The garage was a tight fit length wise but it was a welcome feature. My wife had only 1 small complaint, it needs a full length mirror. Doesn't take away from 5 star rating though.

Wonderful place with three nice bedrooms and plenty of extra blankets and some fold out beds. Kitchen was well stocked and a beautiful clean fridge. Just down the street was a nice hot tub and good pool. This townhome was wonderful. Just 10 minutes south of Moab downtown

The host were super nice easy to deal with, propane tank ran out of fuel they had filled up the next day.How do you recommend staying here?Place was super clean lots of parking even with two jeeps on two trucks in a trailerCan’t say enough about the condominium

Rim Village is our favorite location in Moab. Close to town but away from the hustle & bustle. This home is fully stocked with all you need for a long or short stay. The beds are very comfortable. The house was incredibly clean - and I am fussy haha. Nice new appliances and a nice grill on the patio. The owners were prompt in communication. The pool / hot tub area have been nicely renovated since our last stay. A double large garage and lots of parking for those who travel with lots of 'toys'. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay just south of Moab - great views, close to town, and plenty of space w nice (brand new) communal hot tub and pool. Hosts are extremely responsive and easy to communicate with when needed. Would highly recommend!

Location of VRBO was very convenient to Arches National Park. Quite neighborhood with plenty of parking. The VRBO was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen supplies as well as some spices and condiments. We appreciated the little bags of soap, toiletries, etc. Any questions we had for the owners were quickly answered within 24 hours. Would recommend this VRBO!

This was a great place to spend some time at the end of our vacation. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us - very nice after spending the previous 8 nights in hotel rooms. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. There was nothing lacking that we needed for our stay and I especially appreciated that the kitchen had all I needed to prepare dinner easily each night. We recommend this property and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed this stay at Rim Village very much. Love this place, plenty of room, big master bedroom. Very clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen well supplied with utensils, pots and pans. Beautifully decorated too!

Spacious, well equipped. Single level condo. Exterior and interior decor fit the Moab area nicely. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Perfect place for 5-6 people. Short drive to town. Quiet neighborhood. Views of surrounding mountains. Fantastic stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Very nice. Owners prompt with responses. Safe area. The unit, area, and pool very clean. We noticed some strange noises coming from the walls and wondering if a critter might be in the walls.

We were very pleased with our stay at the property. It was our 50th anniversary which we shared with our son, daughter in law and three young grandsons. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed the first part of the week. This was resolved and no fault of the owner. We highly recommend this property to others. It was clean, quiet and safe.

Absolutely beautiful rental with all necessities, perfect location for our visits to National Parks. I had reached out to the owner prior to our arrival to see if the rental had a crockpot and the owner said there was. When we arrived we didn’t find a crockpot. I had reached out to the owner and they immediately replied stating that they would have a crockpot delivered that night if we needed it, since we didn’t need it immediately, they had it delivered the next day. Superb accommodations made by the owners!! Highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

Loved everything about the unit except the beds they are cheap Tempur-pedic and you sink into them a long way made for tough sleeping for all of us. Very well stocked kitchen.

Our 3 night stay was amazing! Clean house comfortable beds great hosts. We were traveling with 2 families for a total of 4 adults and 4 children 10-12 yrs old. We had plenty of space! We checked the grill the day before we were going to use it and noticed that propane bottle was empty. The hosts were amazing and came and swapped it out. We felt we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable with lots of room to gather. Kitchen was very well stocked. A highlight was stepping outside at night and viewing the stars!

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It is beautiful and comfortable. The condo complex is quiet and blends in well with the environment. Communication with the owner was great. Only downside was that the rollaway bed was not comfortable and there was not room for it in the bunkbed bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place & location met our needs. Couple things need attention- toilet in master bedroom is very wobbly, wall above the window in dining area looks to have water damage ( paint & perhaps the drywall wall is pealing). Took the table runner off the dining table & old food was under it( pieces of bacon on table & floor)

The home is a great place for our base .Excellent furnishings in this large home , garage.Good pool and hot tub 20 minutes from Arches .

While it was just my husband and myself, we could easily have hosted several more people at this comfy condo. It was clean and nicely appointed, and the bed in the primary bedroom was awesome, as was the shower in the primary bath. (Can't speak to any of the other beds because they weren't used.) The kitchen had everything we needed to eat all our meals in, which was nice because we were too tired after full days of sightseeing and hiking to want to go back to town for dining. For the same reason, we never went to the pool, but that was not that much of an enticement for us since none of our kids or grandkids were with us. It was great to have the laundry equipment available as we were en route back to Colorado after attending a wedding in Draper, so we were able to pack fewer clothes than might have otherwise been necessary. This was our first trip to Moab, but we would definitely try to secure this property again if we were to visit again, and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Traveling with an adult son and 5 children under the age of 6, this home met all our needs. It was in a perfect location for day trips and when it came to cooking meals everything we needed was right at hand. The decor fits the area and the furniture was comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience a great vacation.
