Our condo features two bedrooms, each with their own bath on the second floor of the complex. It is three flights from the garage area. Outside of the condo itself, the complex offers a number of amenities per below:

The condo is ideally located near one of the most sought-after stretches, making it easy to get out early and enjoy world-class fishing without the crowds. It’s also perfect for a peaceful float through scenic canyon views.

Sundance Mountain Resort is an easy 25-minute drive, offering stunning hiking trails and one of the most scenic zip lines in Utah. It feels like a true escape, without the long drive.

Park City Mountain is just 10 minutes away, where summer brings an alpine coaster, chairlift rides, hiking, mountain biking, and live events—giving you all the energy of Park City while staying just outside the busy core.

Even closer to home, Jordanelle Reservoir is just minutes away and offers some of the best summer activities in the area. Spend the day paddleboarding, boating, or waterskiing, or rent a boat at the marina for a full lake day.
