Stayed Dec 26, 2021My step dad passed away 4 days (Wednesday, 12/22) before I was supposed to check in for this vacation (Sunday, 12/26). I immediately messaged the host and requested a change of dates through vrbo and I never received a message back. My family left after the funeral service and missed 2 days of our vacation that we had paid for. When we arrived at the Jetty on Tuesday, 12/29, I tried to talk to the front desk person about the situation, they basically ignored us. We got to the room and realized the unit next to us was under construction, as many of the units in the building are. All day long we had to listen to the loud noises and men coming and going. The Jetty was dirty. The stairwells were trashed from the workers bringing materials in and out. Overall, this trip was a disappointment and the communication with the property's owner and Jetty employers was disappointing, too.

Stayed Jun 26, 2020We totally love this place for a short weekend every close to the beach parking was easy. Some flaws could use more information and or maps on where to take the garbage and items not to use because it’s the property owners personal items because they where left out with just sticky notes. Also either the master bedroom with a king size bed, the platform bed frame needs to be replaced or the mattress needs to be changed out because it had sunk-in sleeping spots in them made it the only bed uncomfortable to sleep in.
