This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo has fabulous Gulf of Mexico views. The beach is beautiful with white sand and clear, gorgeous ocean water. The pool and jacuzzi are great. It is conveniently located near all things Destin. If you are looking for a great view, this is the one.

Really enjoyed this condo. LOVED the floor to ceilings windows. Very spacious. Clean. Plenty of beds and rooms. Right on the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub since the weather was on the chilly side. The amenties are nice and well maintained. Close to everything in Destin. The only complaint I have is the lack of seating in the living room.

One day property mgmt had to enter the room to check/inspect the sprinkler heads, no big deal there from a safety standpoint. Two days later a maint person tried to enter the room announced, the door jam lock was on so the door wouldn’t open all the way but still, check your records before you just enter someone’s room. Otherwise the room was great, awesome view, master bedroom got very hot in the afternoon (all the ocean side windows) luckily there was an oscillating fan in the closet that helped tremendously keep the temp down.

We had a great time. The room was wonderful all the way around. The whole process was seamless.

The property was spacious and clean, had easy access to the beach, and a great pool!

Shower wouldn’t drain and ac quit working

Amazing place to stay. We had a wonderful time. There is washer and dryer even though it’s not listed. Would definitely recommend.

When we arrived, we were surprised to find no ice machine and the guy selling ice had already gone for the day. We had to fight traffic to go across the road to get ice. We parked in a place that was not numbered because we couldn't find one for our room. It was a little confusing what was going on with the parking and even though we didn't get towed, we did get a warning. The cabinet door under the kitchen sink was in the pantry when we got there. After our sink started leaking under the sink, a repairman promptly came and fixed the leak and the cabinet door. Our last night there, the upstairs neighbors decided to have a party at midnight. We had a sleeping baby in our group and we eventually had to call someone to be able to sleep. Kudos to the owner for coming to check on us while we were there. Great place to stay and thanks to all who took care of us.

The unit was on a great location with a nice pool and easy beach access. But, the unit needs a lot of updates and various things fixed

Great location, plenty of space and great view. But, the interior needs works. Outdated and something’s we were scared to mess with because it could fall apart. The cleaners could have paid more attention to certain areas. And we definitely could’ve used some cleaning supplies suck as a broom or vacuum. The beds were nice. And there was plenty of towels and wash cloths which was a plus! Overall we enjoyed our week here and would consider staying again.
