Everything that I read the place matched up completely very roomy three bathrooms, three bedrooms lots of space for everyone, security privacy, and just an all-around great place to stay in Destin. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there!

Our first family vacation here at destin and our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this place and i would stay there again!!

The unit was nasty baby's legs were filthy, had to call and report and they sent someone out to re-mop the floors. They had no cleaner only used dirty mop and water. I sent my son to buy a mop and floor cleaner and I mopped it. We rented 2 sets of beach chairs. Could not put up a tent on the beach and was only allowed 1 small umbrella for 4 children. I was told it was HOA rules. Will not be back to this location.

Housing keeping needs to step it up. Floor in living/kitchen area was filthy when we arrived. Ceiling above stove is greasy and dust balls hanging. Dryer vent on ceiling outside condo was overflowing with lint (isn't this a fire Hazzard) ? I will not return to this condo I don't believe it was worth the money that I paid for it. I will say it has a beautiful view.

Check in process was excellent. All went smooth. When we arrived my 12 month granddaughter crawled on the floor and tops of her feet were black. Ceiling above the stove was filthy with grease and grime. Also outside condo door the ceiling dryer vent was clogged had not been cleaned out by maintenance for a good while. Looks like housekeeping needs to step it up a bit otherwise we did have a nice vacation.

Our stay at jade East was okay. The unit itself could use some work. The hall toilet didn’t work when we got there, thank goodness one of our family members knew how to fix it. The king bed has a queen sheet on it and the mattress itself was disgusting. Beds were really uncomfortable. Washer was rusted. Wouldn’t book this unit again.

Beautiful view and great location. Gated, safe parking was definitely a plus. Needs updating, could be a great condo with it....no hot water, just luke warm with terrible water pressure. Kitchen needs to be stocked better and mattresses all need replacing. Just not a clean beachy feel...kinda rundown hotel feel.

Many of the coffee cups were dirty so we felt the need to wash all the dishes before using. Plus it is time for a new coffee maker along with some new pans. The middle toilet runs a lot and the bathroom tub with the washer and dryer drips no matter how hard we tried to turn it off. Other than those things the condo is spectacular with its size and location.

Our family of 6 enjoyed this condo! We were extremely comfortable with the space. The view was stunning and we were even able to watch dolphins swimming from our balcony every day! A couple things happened that is outside the control of the owners. The the garbage collection was very loud and early in the morning. It made it hard to sleep through. The hot tub heater was not turned on for the entire day one day because the security gal forgot to switch it on and she was not able to get into the mechanical room to fix that. The water was very cold and made it unusable. Outside of that, we had a great stay here. The location was centrally located to everything and made it very easy to get around town.
