Stayed Jun 13, 2024Very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. 2 minute walk to the beach. Very nice pool. Communication with property manager was wonderful.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024This was a great stay for a wknd getaway: a gated property, with private access to the beach just steps away, a nice pool, all the needed amenities. The hosts are quick to respond and very nice. We will definitely look into booking again on our next trip!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Wonderful area! We loved it so much we plan to go back next year. Gary and Rachel were super easy to get a hold of and enjoyed getting to know them! Can wait for our JAX beach trip next year!
