Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay while it lasted. The unit we stayed in had a good beach view and my parents loved it. My only complaint is the elevator was always out of order and elevator rides were rough. I would take the stairs but my knees do not allow that. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great- were within 15 minutes of the places we wanted to go.

Families with 10 - 14 year olds were allowing their kids to throw balls/footballs in the pool with no concern for others who were also trying to enjoy their vacation. Three times the ball hit me right in the face (i wear prescription sunglasses to make matters worse!) We were not the only people complaining. There are just too many people enjoying a community pool for kids to be allowed to throw balls. It's not safe. They can take their balls and have a toss on the grassy areas around. With all the rules that are listed for the pool, this should certainly be one that is important. Second issue, while we realize that maintenance has to be done and certainly don't mind that, men were in the windows early in the morning, dangerous razor blades were on the ground in front of our entrance, we were blocked from getting to the elevator. Perhaps a little extra care could be taken while doing construction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We opted for an ocean view u it and we were not disappointed. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. My only concern were the floors. Although they were swept, they were not mopped efficiently. We don’t wear shoes in any home so this was an issue and there were not cleaning supplies to do it myself. The unit itself came equipped with all necessary items and we enjoyed our first stay here. I will admit, it’s quite expensive to rent any unit here but having the means to “your own home” is a plus for a week!!!

The only thing we missed was having a washer & dryer in the unit. It's nice to be able to wash you towels after a day at the beach. Also, having to walk to the other end of the other building to dump our trash was a bit of a pain. Hopefully they will have that issue resolved soon.

Unit 607 was beyond perfect and made it even tougher packing our bags up the morning of departure. From the cozy, beach decoration to the full kitchen, this unit felt like the perfect dream home. We have family not far from here and close to the beach but there is nothing like actually staying on the beach where you can see and hear the waves as well as feel the breeze 24/7. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The entire complex was clean and welcoming. Having beach toys for the kids in the room and the facility to use was a big plus and saved plenty of room in the car. The property location is perfect as you don’t have to sit in traffic on 98 to get here. We will definitely book another trip soon.
