Short walk to the beach, very family friendly. Loved that two chairs and an umbrella were reserved everyday for you. The front desk staff were short staffed, so there weren't many kids activities, but Kendall was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Thank you for the additional bunk beds that allowed us to keep the living room clean at all times.

The property was very clean and the room was perfect for our family! The double rooms with bunk beds & Queen bed was the best fit for our boys. The 2 bathrooms were exceptional too, and it gave us plenty of room for our crew. The master suite with a memorable view of the beach was amazing. The pictures of the property were absolutely correct with the updated renovations. My favorite part was the walk in shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Unit 409 and the view is gorgeous. It is the first unit off the elevator, making it convenient. The owners were in the middle of some upgrades, but that did not affect our stay at all. I ran down early on the towel exchange day (Tuesday) and the door was still closed, a staff member, who had not even punched in yet for her shift and quickly set her stuff down, said “please let me help you” and exchanged my towels. Again I was 15 mins early and expected to wait. The staff is friendly and property was clean. The man in charge of the pool area takes great pride in his work. The carts make unloading and loading a breeze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Islander, this is our 3rd time. Floors were filthy. Socks black walking on floors. Headboard in Master was broke and rattled. Elevators were a maintenance nightmare and got down to one working, which is ridiculous with that many units.

The unit itself needs many updates. The couches and beds need to be replaced. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and the pillows need to be replaced as they were very worn. The couches are very old, dirty and smelly. The carpet in the bedroom is very old and dirty. The outlets need replacing and the balcony furniture is very old and uncomfortable. This would be a very nice unit if the above issues were addressed. The Islander is in a very nice location. Until the issues of this unit are addressed, I don't recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upen arrival, our room was not ready, so we enjoyed the beach and pool. The overall upkeep of the place was good. I watched a man every morning cleaning the pool area (spraying it off, raking the sand area, scooping out BBQ pits) and witnessed them cleaning the elevators and common areas multiple times. The workers were all very friendly and courteous. I liked how two chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay and Allen was always offering to help lug things on and off the beach. This place is very conveniently located to many grocery stores and restaurants. The condo we chose was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. I was surprised to see that there was no washer and dryer in the unit, but it was a short walk to the washateria area and that was very clean and well kept. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the master bedroom. It felt a little old, but other than that the condo was spacious and we really enjoyed our time here.
