Stayed Sep 25, 2025The view from the balcony and the living room was wonderful. The balcony door was very very stiff and hard to open. The dish network was very difficult to access in living room and the bedroom next to the hall bathroom.The tub in the master bath was slow to drain. The pkg in receptacles in the MBR sometimes didn't work right. The mattress in the MBR needs replaced.On entry into the room from the outside there was a sharp musty odor... just when entering. Did not smell it in the rest of the condo. MBR had sand in the floor. Otherwise the rest of the condo was clean.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025The property is very nice and spacious. It's right on the Gulf. This unit has a balcony that is twice as large as most other units in this complex. The only issues we had was that we couldn't get the recliners on one of the couches to recline. It didn't look like there were any nearby electrical outlets to plug it in. It has one cabinet in the kitchen that the top edge is peeling up. Neither of these bothered us. The only thing I would recommend is to install curtains to cover the windows in the bedrooms. We would have preferred to sleep later, but there was too much light coming in. I would consider renting this condo again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Location is amazing!!! The floors were dirty when we got there. They looked like it was swept, but wasn’t mopped. I think if they had it professionally painted it would look fantastic. It looks like a toddler painted the walls. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We could walk to places and grocery store was. Very close drive.
