Stayed May 31, 2025nice unit 801 they should mop the floors after every stay.the floor was very dirty not from sand our grandson legs and feet were black from first crawling on floor we mopprd the floor.also had trouble with the elevators.one comment they should not allow people to put anything in front of people that rent beach chairs and umprellas.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The view was the best part. Condo was a little dirty. The day we were leaving we had until 10 am to get out and housekeeping was waiting in hall for an hour for us to leave. We felt rushed.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Loved this place. Great location: right on the beach with a nice pool on the property. Walking distance from a number of great spots like The Hangout and the Pink Pony Pub. Condo: Very bright and clean. Nicely decorated. Very up to date. Floor to ceiling windows for an awesome Gulf view. 3 spacious bedrooms for the whole family. Check-in : we arrived an hour early and a quick call to the property manager they were able to get us in. Overall I would definitely stay here again fantastic place!

Stayed Jun 24, 2024This property was perfect. Eighth floor, amazing views and easy beach access. We have rented many beach locations but this was absolutely the best. We had beds for everyone, there was enough seating in the living area for all of us. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Took our tow high school graduates and their plus 1s. Right on the beach. Awesome view! Pool option when too lazy to walk to the beach. Great vacation for groups with kids (under21). Very spacious living space!
