Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    We had a wonderful time. The condo was everything promised and more. Very beautiful and clean and spacious. Would suggest adding pizza stones or cookie sheets to the cookware. But that was a minor irritation.

    Check in easy. Kitchen well stocked. Ice maker nice touch. Condo in good repair. Nice furniture. Balcony great for sitting on.New security on property. Emergency alarms went off early Saturday morning about 245am. Had to evacuate building. Not sure what happened. One petson called 911. Fire dept responsed and cleared building.

    One bedroom was still dirty and the bed wasn’t made. The pull out sofa still had dirty sheets in it. Only issue I had with it at all. Location was perfect! View was amazing. Contact with manager was great. Responded very quickly!

    My only complaint is about the lock that was on our door to get in and out of our condo. When we arrived we couldn’t get into our door but management was able to help get us in. Then the lock pad had a low battery locking us out for over 40 minutes. Also, it was never communicated how the lock actually worked. When you close the door behind you it doesn’t automatically lock. So until matinee came to swap out the battery our condo had been unlocked while we were away. Other than the key pad fiasco it was a great stay and we would return.

    This was a great place to stay. The only problem we had was our parking pass. The parking attendant was not in the lobby when we arrived. We had a towing notice on our car the next morning. Could not find a parking attendant. Called the rental co they couldn’t find the person. The attendant finally showed up at almost 4:00 for us to get a parking pass.

    Please do not stay at Island Tower and do not book with Liquid Life. The property was still under construction- there is not an indoor pool or workout facility that is accessible. The elevators are non-working. We had to climb 9 stories to get to the room- as elevators were a hit or miss. The property parking is a joke. If you have an SUV- or anything other than a car- good luck. The parking is only suitable for cars. Liquid Life messed up so many times- gave me the wrong parking pass; the smoke alarm blaring at 6am; the tv remote being corroded; Maintenace coming into our room without notice and then maintenance leaving the room unlocked with our property inside. The amount of excuses Liquid Life gave was horrible. There was zero accountability for any of these mishaps. I called and complained and was issued a 175.00 credit- whatever. Save your time, your money, and your patience. Book somewhere else and do not use Liquid Life.
