Island Time | Ocean Pointe 1207 | Oceanfront 2BR Condo in Key Largo

The stay was wonderful, Clen, Comfy, Nice people, Clean, Clean.

The Condo was about 1/3 mile from the beach. The resort bar and restaurant were closed while we were there. The pool and beach area were constantly busy. Does have a nice marina and walkway out into ocean. We could only see a sliver of the ocean from very small balcony but what we did see were 6 raccoons and 5 feral cats every time we opened the door. They were constantly around begging for food! There’s no table and the stools around the counter were very uncomfortable. Lights burnt out in master bathroom. Couches are getting worn.

The apartment had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and the owner was quick to respond to questions. The pool is great, the gazebo with the boardwalk was fun, the beach typical of the area. The location is close to other attractions, so a great base to venture from during the day and get back to for a good night’s sleep.

The host was responsive, the decor was nice. The big disappointment was that the property was listed as beachfront and it is not beachfront, there is only a minimal view of the ocean.

We loved this place! Our Condo was recently renovated and nicely done. Everything we needed was available. We hung out at both the beach and the pool areas and appreciated having both which were nicely kept. Bought drinks from the pool cabana which were very good and had dinner once at the bar located near the beach, which is offered Saturday and Sunday. Very good food! Very nice relaxing time!

The property was a great location from which to explore the Keys. It was comfortable and quiet.

Upon arrival to our condo, we inspected our beds and found MULTIPLE pieces of hair, on the sheets and the pillows, first strike, second strike was a previous guest medication left in the drawer of the nightstand, third strike was a wad of hair left in the bathroom shower, fourth strike, was the floor, hair in the kitchen, and then walking bare foot your feet became black, I shouldn’t have to walk around in a condo and have my feet turn black. I called the manager and addressed the issues with her she informed me the sheets had been changed, and that maybe the dryer didn’t get the hair off… like what? And when I addressed the issue with the floor, manager stated maybe she used a dirty mop.. umm… okay… So she sent the housekeeper back to our room to fix the issues, when the housekeeper arrived she had a horrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes, as I showed her the things we had concerns with, she did put new sheets on the beds, only because we stripped the beds and had all linens in the washer, and no the manager did not call back or check in after housekeeping left. Fifth strike was when we needed to use silverware they were dirty and still had previous guest food left on them… sixth strike was the dishwasher had a horrible rotten smell. Seventh strike was the smell of the condo, it smelled like rotten noodles the WHOLE time. Eighth strike was on the walls tons of spilled things, gross. Ninth strike, the pictures posted on the website of the condo and area are deceiving.

Great beach, very nice pool, convenient boat ramp

Overall pleasant stay and location. Unit small but adequate for light cooking. No info on amenities WiFi etc at place upon arrival. “Beach” is a glorified boat ramp with rocky shallow wading area. Enjoyed pickleball and pool tho chairs were limited. Gave us a jumping off place to keys but property mainly serves for those with a boat using marina

This was the perfect place to stay!Nice & clean!Close to activities and restaurants!The owner was very easy to communicate with!We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Keys!

We had an incredible time at Ocean Point. Plenty for the kids to do both in and out of the sun: swimming, fishing, sun rises, outdoor games, tennis & pickle ball and grills. Great location, quiet place to stay but short rides for adventuring. Condo was clean and had initial complementary necessities. Thank you!! We hope to visit again!

Loved the layout of the resort and the location. Pool was very nice. Get up and go out to the end of the pier to get a great view of sunrise. Our host was very responsive to a couple of questions. Only slight negative was the spotty WiFi at times. We would stay there again for sure!

Our original reservation with vrbo somehow did not sync with the calendar at the resort. I inquired about the reservation and it could not be found. We were forced to cut our stay short which forced us to find accommodations elsewhere. After numerous attempts to obtain a modified receipt, we were never provided with one. They did finally issue the promised credit, but it was through Venmo.The overall cleanliness was less than satisfactory. I washed the bedding upon our arrival as it was filthy. There was debris in my bed. The apartment was dated and needed a deep clean and fresh coat of paint. The pool and beach were almost too far to walk. The Ferrell cats and raccoons under the balcony were oppressing to witness each day, mangy and scrounging for food. Our last night there was a wild pig in the mangroves competing with the weak critters for stolen food!Our host was always responsive and did her best to accommodate our needs, but Vrbo would or could not follow through with promised requests. The fees Vrbo charged (cleaning and administrative) should have been refunded in addition to the reservation changes that were required of us.

Our condo was clean, conveniently located from everything we needed. The pool is beautiful, the beach area is nice and the restaurant was pretty nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in Key Largo. Nice accommodations, amazing pool area. All the things needed for a getaway.

Host provided clear instructions prior to getting to location. We had a rocky start with no internet but the host got the issue fixed immediately which was great since this was a working trip. The condo/apartment was very nice, clean and spacious for two adults. The temperature was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (pots, pans, utensils, etc). The grocery store is about 6 miles away (Winn-Dixie) or 8 miles away ( Publix). The facilities have pool, small beach, lit pickleball and Tennis court. The host was nice to provide rackets, if needed. The main room bed was extremely comfortable king size bed. Easy to cast streaming services on the tvs. The facilities also provides various fun games to play under build one (corn hole, pool, ping pong, etc). The facility was over all quiet and extremely clean. They had bbq pits which you can use. We would definitely stay here again. .
